SOMA or Evil Within?
Two completely different games that I loved. Can't really compare.
But I don't think I'll ever forget the narrative of Soma.
SOMA or Evil Within?
The Survey - $3.99 (20% off)
Steam
You awaken in your house, and find a strange survey app installed on your phone. They ask questions of you, and suddenly you begin to suspect you aren't alone in your home. A P.T.-inspired game that holds its own pretty well.
no, the reason its cheap is because you own 4 and 5 and 6 is being discounted with the bundle price (10% or something). You wouldnt get 4 and 5, only 6So I'm still in the window shopping phase and have a question...
Resident Evil 6, which I don't own is $7.49.
But a bundle with 4,5,&6 is $6.44! Considering I already own 4&5 would I gain them as giftable items?

If we're talking mindfucks as a prerequisite, wow, TSC should shoot to the top of some lists. Parade(Case 3) is some serious fridge horror.
The Silver Case, it is a cult classic game by Suda51 and team which was finally released translated in a faithful remake to Steam earlier this month.
This said, it's not on sale nor part of the Steam Halloween Sale, but it is worth getting and I do want to see it succeed to (Cj does obviously as well).
soma... bought!

Huh, Konami released a Silent Hill game on Steam at some point. It's freaking Homecoming of all things. You just love to rub salt in the wound, doncha, Konami?
Homecoming was released on Steam alongside the PS360 releases, there's nothing too bizarre about it.
I agree, and why I bought it as soon as it released to support (though I have yet to play it quite yet, but I plan to). This said, I had written up a lot of write-ups for games before the Steam Sale went live so I could just modify them up some, and had to delete several of my write-ups due to the games not going on sale during Steam, and The Silver Case was one of them.

Higurashi.Umeniko, Higarashi, Fata Morgana?(probably misspelled those)
If you could only get one?
Higurashi.
Since there was someone vouching for each of the other two I had to make your choice harder
But seriously, even though I love Umineko I think Higurashi is more satisfying overall, and has slightly better pacing.
Do not hesitate, the game is worth it.I wanna buy Vampire Masquerade after hearing so many good things about it (a lot of comparisons with Deus Ex gameplay/Fallout NV writing?), but I don't want to support Activision for selling a basically broken game that NEEDS an unofficial patch to sort most of its troubles.

Luckily with the right class you basically don't need to do any combatNo patch is fixing that third person camera combat :X
Happy you're enjoying DreadOut, I and a few other GAF'ers (one in this topic) do go vocally praise the game quite a bit despite its jankiness, for good reason. Good luck with the school, it's one of the more cryptic areas in the game but I liked it quite a bit. This said, the best DreadOut has to offer is still yet to come.
Tfw you and your bae are tighter then XS-sized briefs then they suddenly bitch-slap you..!?
(It was so funny seeing this in-game lol. Animations are DreadOut-tier. )
Resident Evil Revelations is...not nearly as good as I remember.
So how is Stasis?
I'm a fan of point & click adventures, usually lighter, but I did enjoy Sanitarium quite a bit and this game reminds of it.
The thing is that I don't like being on the edge of my sit the whole time with adventure games, I like to take my time and enjoy the puzzles.
Are there may jump scares or timed sequences?
That was something, and the animation made it even more silly.
Also after anthe rest of Act 1 was pretty good withannoying fight with the scissor phantom, the endless hallway and the encounter with the lady in red.
Looking forward of what spooks will come in Act 2, which I already dip into a little.
