Pretty much like every overwatch event so far, some costumes are fantastic, some are barely more than palette swaps. But Blizzard does occasionally put extra effort into the new skins, as they sometimes change voice lines, like mercy's ult.
Nice! Looking forward to checking them out later tonight.
Snowball fight mode is fun, but your first one is going to be rough if you don't pull up Mei's ability sheet and see that her Ultimate is completely different
I paid $20 and got every single new Epic Skin, and 4 legendaries (none of which were event themed), and got Tracer Elf in my free box. Probably not buying anymore boxes because I don't really care about Christmas themed stuff, so the only costume left I want is Winston's Yeti which I will just craft at the end of the period if I don't get him in an earned loot box

Fantastic emote for Mccree and love me some of the new skins like Pharah's and Tracer's.
Pharah's new voice line though, that and Dva continues to have the best VA and lines
Wish reaper was still in the meta, could definitely see me using his new voice line after every kill
And a Zarya emote that costs 3k

I was thinking the same thing. One of my favorite characters to play, and yet she has probably one of the worst batch of costumes out there.
At least everyone else looks pretty solid.

zarya's legendary emote is 1 really long as theres 3 possible things she does and 2 unexpected (at least the bear one)
While I do like the zen/tracer/hog skins, I will just hope to get them as drops and not buy them. I will for sure be getting pharah's and reapers skins though even if I have to buy them with credits. Really want that zarya emote (also I like her skin)

That Pharah skin is actually really nice... probably the only one of the bunch I'd actually use.
I'd be way more into these events and skins and stuff if they actually carried over between platforms. I'm on PS4 right now, but I know I'll eventually switch to PC and have to start over, so I have basically no motivation to go for any of this stuff now.
