Come on, read the thread. Yes you can.-_-" good grief!
Youd think this would've been a given.
Whoa WTF?... It has a twitter and everything?
https://twitter.com/SpamPSN
... And they pick fights with what appears to be a preteen?
I reported one of those 'free PSN codes' messages (I've got a handful of them now) and Sony said it was fine and didn't break any rules. Idiots. You can press start on the message and there's an option to report
I've been spammed on Xbox with links and offers to buy FIFA coins etc how are Sony suppose to stop someone messaging you? You can set it to friends only problem solved. For a paid service PSN is trash.
But hey, #fortheplayers and Kaz gifs right?
Locking everybody out of messaging you is a shit solution. Many of the people in my friends list are there because of post game banter.
Sony neds to file suit for sure.Opened that website out of curiosity and greeted with this.
God what a scummy piece of shit.
Yup. Thats why i stopped playing it sadly.Overwatch has an awful community.

I pissed someone off and my message box was filled like that only it took 2 hours to clear itSo I'm over here playing Gravity rush 2 and the next thing i notice is that I'm getting a crap ton of messages from random accounts about Overwatch. No idea if I pissed off some little kid but it getting old.
So is there anyway i can report this to sony?

I'm guessing PS3 doesn't have those options visible, though I haven't checked in a long time.
People trashing psn for being a paid service as a response to this, your ignorance is showing. You don't need to pay for messaging. There's even a free phone app for the messenger. Pull your head out of your asses.

Most probably no legal grounds to take that waste of oxygen down, unfortunately. That Twitter account has been around for awhile. Wtf is Sony doing?

Someone with a Twitter account should tweet this to @yosp, see if they are even aware of the issue and are working on it.
In the meantime, we should put a PSA in the OP to get more people to switch their privacy settings. It's stupid that we need to leave it on friends only though. How are people supposed to group up with randos for destiny raids and shit?
Dammit Sony why can't there be easily enabled privacy settings to stop this.
Glad it's not just me getting spammed with messages of bogus PSN cards. I keep removing myself from any messaging groups but keep getting added back in.

You pay that for premium service which has dick all to do with messaging. That's about as dumb as getting mad about getting texts from someone you don't know when you paid for cell phone service. Learn your privacy settings and use them.Wtf?
Perhaps people are angry because they shouldn't be having to deal with this garbage when they pay $60 a year.

All online shooters, probably MP games in general, have an awful community.
Im getting spam group chats selling bogus PSN cards... Pretty shitty occurrences all around for a paid online service...
