Avengers: Infinity War Day One

There are still two films, it's just that they're focusing production and marketing so that the films stand on their own accords. e.g., don't expect the second film to follow immediately after the credits of the first. Instead, think of the second film as a sequel to the first, an escalation, rather than just a "part two".

Yeah more Star Wars than Harry Potter 7 Parts 1 and 2

I know that rightfully, people shit on most of the scores to the Marvel films...

...but when that Avengers theme finally kicks in, with the Avengers, Guardians, Spidey all teamed up and ready to kick ass, it's going to RULE.
I don't remember a super hero theme since Batman 89. That's the only issue I've had with this comic book movie resurgence.

I hope they use the real origin of the stones.

They are the corpse of an omnipotent beast that got lonely and committed suicide.

I hope the second Infinity War movie has a satisfying conclusion. It's starting to feel like every Marvel movie just leads up to another movie, and they don't have satisfying endings on their own.

Is Black Panther in this? I assume he's in the fourth Avengers film at least but I wonder if he'll be in Infinity War considering his solo movie is filming now as well.

If I had to guess: "Infinity War" will have a TON of Thanos. Like somebody else said it, we haven't seem shit about him on the MCU. He's pulling strings and collecting the Infinity Stones and that's it. In this movie he'll go across the galaxy to gather all the Stones and that means a two things: bye bye Vision and Strange is gonna get rekt. Thanos would be pretty much invincible by the end of the movie and bam, the end. At least that's what I thought it would be until they announce that the two movies will be separate things and no longer a part 1 and part 2 thing. So I don't know shit anymore.

I imagine it will be disappointing to say the least, considering Part 2 is what the series has been building up to for 10 years already.

Let's hope that lazy fuck finally gets his ass off that chair.
I hope he shows up, still sitting there, and then all the Avengers throw everything they have at him, and when the smoke clears, he's still just sitting there.

Anyway, we don't know what the H in the "T. H. A. N. O. S." theory of the Infinity Gems is yet, right? It's probably Hammer, so Thanos just takes it from Thor.

I want an Avengers movie where all of Stan Lee's cameos come together to fight an evil Stan Lee cameo.

Is that Thor with Jarnbjorn?
Yes, yes it is.

Who is Thanos?

A purple duck... Nah but long story short. He is the the dude that has been shown at the end of the MCU movies. First in Avengers as the dude that aided Loki, them as the big dude in guardians of the Galaxy. You know the dude Ronan the breakdancer had to bow down to at first?
And lastly he is the dude in the age of Ultron, at the end, that picks up thay golden gauntlet. Annoyed that he gotta do it himself.

When Thanos finally gets all the gems into the Gauntlet he'll turn into a cloud.

That's probably because it's the only theme that's been consistently used in its series, at least until Nolan's films. Marvel has a habit of dumping themes for example.

Personally, I remember plenty of superhero themes, since then. Most of the best ones I tend to find are from obscure comic books/superhero films, though. Ottman's X-Men (Lifeforce inspired or not), is absolutely aces, though.

are those concept pictures from this? Because Thor is holding Jarnbjorn the axe, not Mjolnir.

Will he be judged unworthy in Ragnarok? Also:
