32GB is pretty small. Putting 64GB or 128GB into the system wouldn't have increased costs much. Then again, unlike a lot of other tablet producers, they at least allow users to expand storage with a microSD slot.
Going for retail copies whenever possible will be significantly cheaper anyway.
