Considering we haven't heard anything regarding Isaac outside of US, I'd say those of us that are interested have their American eShop and American eShop credit ready!

Anyone get the Neo Geo games on Switch? I'm reading mixed things across the web and was hoping someone here could steer me in the right direction.

I would like that they cost $4.99 each one to buy all of them. I will buy only World of Goo if the price is $9.99
Only I have played Metal Slug 3. Right now, it's Wii U VC-bad (low brightness and some audio issues). A little better if it's played in handheld mode. Developers said they will have a patch soon.
I would wait a couple of weeks to see the patch. Otherwise, if Wii U VC was acceptable to you, this one will be too.

So basically, with a new PR time that hits so late that the eShop has already updated, we now have to scramble around to find what's coming. Hooray! This is much better.
They're just trying to stop us finding out we're not getting Binding of Isaac.
Really lame second week for Switch it seems. Almost like they held back KoF '94 for this week just so they could keep their promise of new releases every week.
...or maybe there's something else? The Tomorrow Corp. games are out this week in NA, but still no official word for EU.
If this is an indicator of the way it's going to be, looks like I'm going to be buying a lot of NA eShop vouchers in the future.

I think the PS4 is getting Sengoku this week, after all the platforms got Nam last week I was hoping they'd keep things consistent. Switch will probably get a mix of what's already on PS4 plus newer releases.
I do think all the KOF games should be available eventually, but man, when you start with 98, you're gonna have trouble getting me to buy anything other than 2002.
Really not interested in more KoF personally, to be honest. I want more than just loads of fighting games. I know that's a large part of the NG catalogue, but there's plenty of other stuff.

I know nothing about KoF, but I would say that's true of something like Street Fighter II. (Unless you're an absolute purist who can detect the minutest hitbox change and frame timing and all that, but for a casual player..)

They often shake up the cast and mechanics between games. 98 and 2002 are usually the classic KoFs that people are going to recommend (and rightfully so, as they are the most comprehensive in terms of character selection), but there are things they have/don't have that make it fine for other KoFs being available.
Even between 98 and 2002, there's enough differences between them mechanically and with their respective character sets that makes it a toss up as to which one to get if you only got one.
It's good to have them all there from an archival standpoint, though it doesn't work too well with a dripfeed release model.
There are some good non-fighting games in the NG catalogue, but...you might want to get used to seeing a lot of fighting games.
The storyline is probably the biggest "change," since that's unique for each one. Each one has some different characters as well. There's some game system changes, though the most drastic changes match the "trilogies" (94-97, 99-01, 03 and XI).
But yeah, when it comes to replaying them, I generally stick to the "dream matches" of 98 and 02, which collect all of the characters from a particular storyline into one game.
Yeah I know, I used to have a Neo Geo console.
Having said that, I can't remember for the life of me what the games were I used to have.

Still waiting for Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story. Always heard that was a good one, and never got to play it.
It's excellent! My favorite in the series or near to it. If it never comes to VC I hope you will seek it out on cart.
