Well what is it really. Because the internet as a whole can't come to a conclusion. This is beyond confusing.

I tried standard and pro mode on a 1080p set. I couldn't see much difference in frame rates. No downsampling at all. It seems better frame rate but doesn't seem 50+ so unsure if same as 4k TV but without resolution benefit.

Putting an instance-server reliant quest this early is a thing; I'm surprised nobody thought it might have been an issue with all the pro-PotD for leveling they put out too for RDM/SAM.

Yeah and most of the west coast is just waking up now so I doubt the server strain is going to get any less. I hope they figure out something by tonight but if not, back to Persona!

Is there a way to compensate for that? I'm not playing in 4K if I have to squint at a micro UI.

Honestly the frame rate seems lower than the pre-patch Boost Mode. Hopefully digital foundry does a video so we can stop guessing.

At lvl 70 every 30 seconds of keeping enochain up, you get a charge that lets you use your super nuke, Foul.

Yeah. The issue was I forgot Fire IV doesn't refresh Astral Fire and I was wondering why Enochian was falling off and... ugh...

Yeah, i think it's pretty shitty that the twist bonus is for SB areas only. I had initially assumed it was a new mechanic for fates in general and was definitely disappointed to see that wasn't the case.

It should. I'm on PC so I'm not sure of the details for the PS4 updates. Maybe try closing it all out and try to see if it's just not getting the rest of the update?

I'm in love with Red Mage. It's fun. Basically do ranged attacks, build your meter and then effectively go in for a melee super combo string. I love it.

What are some of the better classes in Stormblood that I could boost? I prefer melee classes, but not rogue, monks, or tanks. I also have a penchant for hybrids like Shamans in WoW.

FWIW the line I zoned out next to was in a tizzy because there were still a clump of people around the NPC.

It works until the first guy cuts, and then it all falls apart. So I was secretly glad to be in a field instance where they didn't try the line
