What's the chances of Game cancelling pre-orders? I managed to get a NES classic very easily before all the hype from Amazon so I've not pre-ordered from Game before.

Did they fulfill NES orders?

Everyone who bitches about the limited stock of the NES mini just take a look at this thread, how fast it's moving, and the means we will go to get the snes mini. It's obvious Nintendo knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to retro hardware.

Fuck, I'm barely just now finding out about this.

Is there any hope for me preordering a euro one? Will a euro one work in the US?

Do I have a better chance of getting a US one?

I'm in America but I just prefer the non American version of the hardware.

Nintendo's UK Store hasn't opened preorders yet. I don't think they ship internationally though so you would need to use a forwarding address.

They know exactly what to do in terms of fostering demand.
They do NOT know exactly what to do in terms of generating maximum revenue as a result of fostering said demand.

Anyone know when we will be able to preorder this ? Going to drop on by my local GameStop tomorrow and see if I can pay it off.

Swedish price hasn't been announced. And there's also no "price fixing" here like in the US. Nintendo (or their distributor, rather) just sets a recommended price, and then retailers can set it to whatever they want. So that's why they put the preorder up at a price that's much higher than it's gonna end up being. Then your preorder gets adjusted to the final price. But it's probably gonna be around 1000 SEK ($115).

Also we have a new tax on chemicals that applies after July 1st that affects pricing so that has to factor into the price as well.

Small heads-up for Dutch Gaf: I just spoke with a person at Bol.com over live chat and unfortunately they didn't have the item in their system yet, nor could they put me on a list of some kind for "pre"-pre-orders or reservations. Their only advice: keep checking the website. Sigh...

Ive been waiting for it to be put up for pre order in Spain since yesterday and haven't seen a thing yet

Me neither in either Germany or The Netherlands. Hang in there my friend!

Granted, if I spoke German better I'd be calling the local Saturn, Mediamarkt etc. right now but alas. Has anyone on the German side of Gaf tried doing that?

Or not... That doesn't mean mych, with a stock alert running 24/7, I barely managed to get a NES Mini and one of my cousin wanted one too, and I never managed to get a second one.

I don't understand the logic behind those being that limited (priority given to Switch in case of component scarcity, I can understand, but why stop the NES Mini?). Brand awareness isn't that great if you get bad press for it, and you won't get a lot of awareness by never putting one in stores. People on the forum are already "aware".

Media Markt and Saturn Hotlines only give out information to products listed on the web shop wich isnt the case yet.

The legendary title Star Fox 2, developed as the sequel to Star Fox, is included (Star Fox 2 can be played once you beat the first level of Star Fox).
This is the first release worldwide for this title.

Haha, love this.

I never actually read the part where you have to unlock StarFox 2 by playing Star Fox 1.

Just beat the first level.. not too painful. Part of me asks "why bother".. but okay. I guess it's unlike the other games.

Does this mean Switch VC not before 2018? They probably want to cash in on the SNES mini first.

But I hope all those games come to Switch VC.

Can see so many US and Canadians crying once their UK preorders are cancelled.

Got my preorders. Happy. For now. Would like to gift one to younger family to help them on their gaming way!

I can't wait for the Classic N64 in 2018, Classic Gamecube in 2019, Classic Wii in 2020, Classic Wii U in 2021, and Classic Switch in 2022. :)

No DKC2? No buy!

Don't worry. No need to not buy this. Nintendo got you covered :)

On a side note, I really hope it's easy to hack like the NES Mini. Unless Nintendo wised up and removed the data transfering capabilities from the USB, I guess it's just a matter of time.
