It's an age of empires meme(very old), priests chant wololo and convert enemy units( notice that the color of his shirt changed into red)

In the original Age of Empires, there was a priest unit that could convert enemy units, and he would go "Wolololo". The first two players in a match were blue and red, hence why the guy's shirt changes to red.
