Is Silent Hill 2 in there?
Not that I heard. And yes, that's Super Castlevania IV. I think this latest mix is "New Releases / Upcoming releases".

On September 12th they tweeted that the second pressing was almost sold out. If it has been this successful, I would expect them to reprint it again for sure.
Has there ever been a Chrono Trigger or F Zero vinyl released?
There was an arrange soundtrack for select Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross tunes released a year or two ago. Even though Mitsuda did the arrangements, they're still quite a departure from the OST.

Oh I see. Yikes at the price tag. Oh well, I'll keep waiting for a wide release.
If you know anyone visiting or living in Tokyo, Square Enix sells this at their official store (Artnia Cafe) in Shunjuku for less than $40. I got a copy there back in May, so I assume it would still be available.
Anyone in the US get their Sonic Mania yet?
Brave Wave just announced a vinyl release of the Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows OST coming in late 2017: https://twitter.com/BraveWaveMusic/status/910460349723287552
Is this a Gen series btw?
I hope it's SOR3

In Italian they say that NieR Automata/NieR Gestalt & Replicant Vinyl Boxset should be available for preorder from the European Squarenix Store from 25 september.
As I recall, they had already teased SOR3 (I think they showed a copy plugged into their Frankenstein Genesis, but it had an alternate title on it)
edit: https://twitter.com/datadiscs/status/865600419908681728 I was.. 50-ish% right.
Watch this SPACE... Is it time for Space Harrier? WELCOME TO THE FANTASY ZONE, GET READY!
I'd be all over Space Harrier on LP.
That would make sense. I remember people thought Galaxy Force's tease was SH. It's about time for more Hiro goodness.
Heads up!
Both Cuphead and Persona are available at Amazon. $88 and $82 respectively, so cheaper and with no need to pay upfront.
Pre-ordered both
Persona still doesn't have any art, lol

are those amazon listings legit?
Sonic Mania arrived!
And of course I shouldn't have expected it to include any of the past Sonic tracks, don't know how I missed this
Want? Amateur. I need that. NEED IT.
Obviously not. It's about the emotional connection to the ritual of listening to LPs and the huge artwork.Similar to in the electronic music scene, do you think putting digitally-produced sounds on an analog medium adds something?

I guess I was wondering if the analogue hiss or a pop adds any needed analogue character or warmth to chiptunes. It sounds like it does not. So what's the point then? Just for collecting and coolness or novelty? Wouldn't a Mega Drive soundtrack sound better played directly from a good Mega Drive?
"Warmth" is a ridiculous concept. A "pop" adds nothing to a song.
No, playing through Revenge of Shinobi is not the best way to just listen to the soundtrack.
