Its driving me crazy. The wrists are bent in with all the wheels. It looks like the driver has his hands loosely zip tied together.
The story mode is basically the plot to The Longest Yard, just with motorsport.
This game is looking worlds more consistent than GT5. I give them serious credit for starting fresh with current-gen standards instead of relying on legacy content from previous gens.

The looks isn't what I'm worried about with this game, as always I expect PD to raise the bar for graphics, I'm just worried how the game will be for me as a non-PS+ subscriber.

No weather shown yet? Man, if this game launches without weather, let alone dynamic weather which is already a cutback (I know this is gone...), PD, wut?

How do they manage that 4 years later? (losing something from GT6) I really wish someone had videoed the last 4~5 years of development at PD to find out what the fuck went on.

Very odd indeed. We have seen fog and the latest previews in Germany PD said there will be weather in the game, but yeah -- where is it?

Is there a specific reason people are unsure if GTS will have dynamic weather in it? All I'm seeing is this interview on GT Planet where Kaz specifically says it won't have it.

So far I've seen one replay and a lot of time spent on this one menu screen - daily races I think?

That preview is looking good.
Dynamic weather was confirmed a no-go a long time ago. Kaz confirmed preset weather choices will be in the game though. They already showed heavy fog weather effects, which was confirmed playable.

I guess we have to be very specific to Kaz next time. We know we have different weather types.... BUT IS THERE ANY RAIN IN THE GAME? WATER? WATER FROM THE SKY OR CLOUDS? LIGHTNING BOLTS?

Yeah Acade mode is in, so you can race against the AI. Not sure if any cars will be locked in this mode but I'm sure it will have a decent amount at the beginning.

Nope. Different time of days can be selected but it's not dynamic.

PS+ is only required for multiplayer races so as long you are connected online, Campaign mode missions, time trials, arcade mode. If you're planning on playing completely offline though, then your options reduce apparently "portions of the Arcade Mode, including limited two-player split screen, single player races on select tracks and time trials can still be played offline.".
