Yeah, so assuming this worked as planned: "I'm getting back at you by getting a pro gamer to come and fight against us". And what if said Bully Hunter logged into a game where he's witnessing harassment on his own team as well? What happens to the universe at that point?

I don't think they realize that, even if this ended up working out, people would harass someone just on the off chance a bully hunter shows up so they can try and kill them. I can guarantee that would happen.

They took a shot at something and it failed. Not a big deal. I would suggest, though, that people pushing for social changes avoid phrases like “If you think harassment is just part of the game, we know who you are, we know what you play, and we are coming for you” before confronting said harassers. Although I believe its tongue in cheek under the circumstances, there are way too many unhinged people out there, and those who harass people online probably have a better chance at falling into the unhinged crowd then the unhinged crowd. Telling a lunatic you are coming for him is not a good idea.
