Listen, we're smack in the middle of late stage capitalism. There's nothing wrong with running a few people over, or ramming a few cars off the road to watch product information about your videogames. They'll understand.

Labo is never mentioned in a Direct. Nintendo keeps their announcements for it separate from their core game presentations.
I have no idea what they're gonna announce, but I hope it's something cool. Maybe a date for Fate/Extella Link?! A release date for Daemon X Machina? I don't care too much about Fire Emblem since they're going with the enemies on the field thing, though. I hope we do get a cool third party game announced as well.

It's possible. Didn't they say Pikimi 4 was done or something some time ago? I wonder why they'd sit on the game for this long if it has been done. Either way, we nave no idea, but no reason why it can't be announced.

Well, I don't know for sure which is why I was asking. I thought at least in one interview someone did when the Switch was still known as the NX they said they were looking into it.

Square-Enix's Shinji Hashimoto has retweeted the Direct annoucement. These retweets don't always mean much, but it's very possible something from Square-Enix will feature in this Direct. More Final Fantasy release dates? Mana Collection to west? Square-Enix rep in Smash? Dragon Quest XI? There are multiple possibilities.
