ive heard that multivitamin pills don't absorb into your system

so i'm not sure yet about getting me some zinc supplements

but i am highly interested

i have vitamin d for the winter months and im not even sure that shit will do anything

A lot of minerals are biologically inert (or, worse, toxic) if they are not part of a larger organic complex which the digestive system is designed to absorb. The organic part of these complexes is called a cofactor.

It is always best to get all the nutrition you can from actual food rather than vitamins.

In reality I actually do eat prawns if they are cooked and presented well but not if it has a face of antennae and bug eyes.

I take a multi vitamin with 15mg zinc, when I take and eat right I do notice a difference in my libido, will recover quicker.

Clean meat. Seafood. Eggs. Nuts. Legumes. These are all god's food.

On this subject, how fucking good are chickpeas. I put them in everything.

I need to eat more legumes, veg and nuts.

I tend to just eat meat and potatoes for dinner, a ham sandwich + banana fir lunch and cereal bars for breakfast.

Yeah, sometimes you get into a habit with food and it's hard to get out of it. I get it.

Strangely it was giving up meat that made me concentrate on my diet. I found I wasn't feeling full and ended up making whole grains and legumes a core part of what I eat.

I do eat fish though so I'm not a real vegetarian.

Beats me but there's probably some kind of relationship. I'm sure you could probably find some studies, but it's a complicated thing. It would probably affect erection quality, prostate activity, and overall sex drive too, which would indirectly affect load size too.

If you're not horny, you can't really expect to shoot buckets. Nor can you really get to that point in the first place if your erection is weak. Or if your prostate isn't producing enough fluid. Lotta variables here.

I've tried vegan, and I ended being a cereal and pasta + sauce kind of vegan, so I switch back to meat, I would like a happy medium of both though, vegan meals can be delicious, it is a bit harder to get protein, but I don't mind making vegan chilli or lentil bolognese both which are highish protein.
