The idea, at ResetEra and in the Tumblr/Twitter, is you can wake up and say "I'm a lady" No diagnosis, no surgery, no hormones etc..

As long as you state that in your heart of hearts your a woman then your accepted regardless of your appearances and/if you transition.

"Community Resettler" is just a snazzy title for someone who aided in that mass exodus process two years ago. I'll never forget the guy because he was one of the folks who went ahead and made a forum of their own, thinking that somehow they had the visibility range to attract everyone to their replacement club. There were all sorts of short-lived hubs sprouting up overnight. ksweeley's was just kind of lol because it was unequivocally the most barebones message board I'd ever seen. There was already a thread up within an hour that was like... "Welcome to your new home, introduce yourself and may our community reign" or something. But it only got like four posts.

Rules and standards are only applicable in so far as you consider the users position on the ladder of oppression.

As you introduce the myriads of other factors Ree likes to consider; race, religion, sexuality, gender, socio economic status etc, you eventually end up in a total clusterfuck or who sits where on the scale of oppression. This is made even more confusing when half the users have come up with new found ways to label themselves in a bid to race to the bottom of the ladder; to be at the bottom is actually the most powerful in this hypothetical utopian future as it seperates one from their actions (or even inactions) and potential consequences. Its basically a way of saying 'everythinf that happens is beyond my control, therefore its not actually me that needs to change, its everyone around me'.

Problem is everyone around them is thinking exactly the same thing......so noones getting the attention everyone feels they are all entitled too.

Aizo, I always liked you, too! I can assure you I'm not participating in any screenshot shenaningans. I'm interested in seeing how the situation pans out, since I was an active member on Era and rather enjoyed discussing things with the more reasonable people in the community like yourself, but I'm not trying to undermine my ban. I had my account deleted after that and will not make any attempts to subvert the moderation or "get back" at them through crazy sabotage. The message that I was not welcome on modern-Era came through loud and clear and I've made my peace with that. It let me see just how crazy things had become over the last year or so that someone like me would be considered unwelcome, but that's fine, it's up to the owners of the site to determine who they want to let post there.

I don't think poor health can overpower raging hormones in your teens. If you were sexually attracted to people early in life and then later on it is gone, that could definitely be caused by poor diet, health, low T, or medicine taken (like antidepressants). I think most Asexuals are that way all their life.

The longer ERA survives, the bigger a testament they become to the failure of their ideology. The funny thing is they think GAF is the only place that laughs from a distance. There are other sites that are fascinated (and horrified) by what they see on ERA.

I think there are many reasons that a previously sexually healthy person can lose their drive. Traumatic events, for example. Poor health, whether lack of exercise or nutrition, can also have an effect. Doesn’t mean someone is asexual though, and I suspect that many of these cases of self-reported asexuality are essentially the uglies saying “you can’t fire me, I quit!” for attention. Show me one 7+/10 (IGN scale) claiming to be asexual.

2. TransEra leader, KetKat, leaks information from a private discord chat for minority mod members stating that Royalan (gay and black) is an acephobe
3. KetKat has been accessing the private discord chat with the login details of her girlfriend ex-mod Robin and leaking the info
4. KetKat gets banned permanently and the forum goes into an uproar
5. Abstrusity wants an Internal Affairs department created
6. Hobbes confirms, as an Incident Manager, he doesn’t accept the way this “incident” has been managed. He wants you to know, he’s an incident manager though. He’s started to hide his posts to “mitigate off-site harassment.”
7. Royalan steps down as a mod, and has now been cancelled.
8. Excelsiorief posting history dig up, showing she agreed with Royalan on a problematic post...nothing happens cause she’s another defacto leader of the trans community on era. Noticeably...she hasn’t changed her avatar like most of the forum has, to KetKats she-tra furry looking avatar to show support.
9. We’re now waiting for Cerium to unban KetKat, confirming there are rules for minorities and then different rules for normal class members.

basically, we’re watching various mental illnesses battle eachother to become the most protected minority group on Era.

Quick and dirty sunmary.

Tensions been bubbling.

The trans community at Ree has, for about the last 2 weeks, not been happy with mods. Basically any non-instant action or perma banning by users who they see as phobic is phobic.
They basically want to run the show.

The made a Trans Outrage/Look at us post and it didnt get adored, sticky'd, etc..and they got angry.
So they made another, and another.

Then in said thread a 'Prominent' trans member was banned due to a post the mod staff showed she was leaking info from the Mod Discord, the not the basic Discord for Mods tho...the extra special one for LGBTA+
In the post she was banned for she eluded to a mod being Anti-Asexual.
An old GAF post was found from 2017 with a now Ree mod saying 'Aces are ok, but dont equate their struggle with being Gay' (hes Gay)

That's the groundwork.
