This guy brought 70s rated Xbox games and classified them as "shit" yet brought 70s rated PS games in his argument of great PS exclusives. The thing about fanboys is how they give themselves away without even trying to come across as not being fanatical. As for both of those games, it's very subjective, but they've been received quite well by many journalists and gamers.but Days Gone and Killzone are shit...

I played it, the controls are absolutely awful (Input lag, bad aiming, awful bike controls) and the core gameplay elements are as generic as it gets...
that's why I say it is shit.
I don't read reviews and I don't buy or play games based on their metacritic score, those scores can fuck right off as can 99% of reviewers.

I don't think there was any agenda, the game had a lot of issues at launch that were eventually fixed with a few patched. Most of the criticism came from the fact that it tried to be too much like Last of Us and therefore comparisons were made. I think the game is a solid 8/10.

oh yeah the "you're just bad" argument... mate, I play shooters on every system on the market and am good at most of them (Diamond rank Apex legends on PS4 for example)
when I play a game I can absolutely judge how good or bad the aiming is, I know the inner workings of how analog stick aiming is programmed and Days Gone ticks almost every NO-GOs in the book.
and I am also very allergic towards input latency, of which Days Gone has plenty.
so stop with this god awful argument of "you're just bad at it". fucking Astral Chain, which is not a shooter but has an ability where you need to aim like in a shooter, has literally better stick aiming than Days Gone

There is nothing wrong with the games mentioned for PS4. as for crackdown, each to their own, it’s hit or miss with a lot of people, but sea of thieves is likely one of the best games of the gen for playing with friends. The fact you even put it in the same post as killzone is quite frankly insulting.

I nearly bought a X1S for Sea of Thieves... then I learned it was 1st person view only
If it had the option of 3rd person view, it would be great.
Games shouldn't be judged by graphics. I'm tired of reading people calling games shit just because they aren't super detailed and realistic.

Watched all of their reviews and their criticism was valid. As for articles that have nothing to do with scoring the game then I don't care about those and I don't read personal opinions from journalists these days. You may get some info of spec but it wouldn’t surprise me if they held back a lot on that, due to MS wanting to go one step further.
And even then, it’s only half the info, because you won’t know how it compares until MS release their spec.

I think it's both extremely unpolished, boring and bland. Some fun parts but mostly extremely mediocre. The game could not keep me interested in any of the characters or the story.

Probably 3 SEs with all DCUs enabled (30 DCUs).
There is no way to get 60CUs with 4 SEs... because you can disabled 4DCUs (8CUs) per SE each time... that give you 80, 72, 64, 56, etc.
If we suppose Retail PS4 will have CUs disabled then we have 3 DCUs (6CUs) disabled:
PS5 Retail? 3 SEs, 27 DCUs, 54CUs
11.20 TFs @ 1614Mhz
11.75 TFs @ 1700Mhz
12.44 TFs @ 1800Mhz

I would like my next gen console to be 399 - max 499 euros. This kind of "leaked" specs makes this impossible. Ik would very much like an 9,2tf machine @ 399. Look at what the vanilla PS4 with 1.8tf and weak cpu can pump out. my games look incredible.. a 9.2 gpu with fast zen2 core will show absolutely beautiful games. No need te be faster than the high end gaming pc's out there. PS4 isn't right now and can keep up just fine. I feel that a 399 9.2 ps5 will sell much better than a 499 or even 599 12+ tf competitor. And when a system sells, the games will follow. Just look at switch.
