Looks like MS is preparing for the big, full reveal:

RDNA 2, shit, I was goddamn right in my mind.

And I'm really thinking its going to be 12 core, Red Tech Gaming said that his insiders informed that one of the consoles had chiplet design, and that was Xbox SEX if his (insider) memory was correct.

So the whole thing thickens, Microsoft may had the upper hand all along, as they really have been in a very close relationship with AMD, more than we think of Sony.

just make sure to read their blog. I got hyped just reading it.

Our commitment to compatibility means existing Xbox One games, including backward-compatible Xbox 360 and original Xbox games, look and play better than ever before. Your favorite games, including titles in Xbox Game Pass, benefit from steadier framerates, faster load times and improved resolution and visual fidelity – all with no developer work required. Your Xbox One gaming accessories also come forward with you.

Smart Delivery:
This technology empowers you to buy a game once and know that – whether you are playing it on Xbox One or Xbox Series X – you are getting the right version of that game on whatever Xbox you’re playing on. We’re making the commitment to use Smart Delivery on all our exclusive Xbox Game Studios titles, including Halo Infinite, ensuring you only have to purchase a title once in order to play the best available version for whichever Xbox console they choose to play on. This technology is available for all developers and publishers, and they can choose to use it for titles that will be release on Xbox One first and come to the Xbox Series X later.

a 12tf console with this much backwards compatibility and these other amazing stuff is truly fascinating.
I hope sony follows suit and announce something via blogpost.

That is nice to have a confirmation after all.
RDNA 2 is great for the industry even if 12TFs is below what I expected from a new-generation but I already accept it won't be better than that since early last year :(.

Said that they are not confident about what Sony has in hands "Xbox Series X is OUR fastest, most powerful console ever..."
Are you fucking nuts? Were you expecting 20TF or something?

This is awesome. Let's hope Sony does the same and we don't need to rebuy TLOU2.

Here is the biggest question. Is Sony going to clap back or are they going to continue to be silent and weird. My guess is on the later. We'll be in March in a week. LETS GO WITH SOME INFO SONY.

There's no way this is a $499 machine, right?

If they do $499, that would be wild. I'm thinking this beast is $599 after reading the article. Maybe we can now even toy around $549.99 as an option (still looks weird reading the price that way)?

They're going to have to be smart in their delivery on this if the price tag aims closer to $600. Lockheart imo has to be the cheaper entry point, and at a minimum, it can't be higher than $399. And I don't think it should be discless either according to what People were saying. You'd be in trouble there because you don't want People left behind with their physical copies.

My minimum expectation was over 13TF for a new generation... actually I expected around 14-15TFs.
But after RDNA disappointment reveal I realized they can't reach that in a console form factor.

It would be a dumb move to admit that they know what Sony is doing. Corporate espionage is usually frowned upon.
That is now how MS does the things... when they know they are stronger they shot with Marketing all the time.
They are not sure this time.

Excellent news, and the speculation is over for the X. Going to be a lot of discussion today and for the foreseeable future about this new beautiful beast

Alright Sony, let's see your poker hand. The time is now, do it.

They did that though with x1x and pro . They did it before even Sony announces pro . So I don’t know if they had 3 tf advantage , they wouldn’t do the same ?

Wasn't the PS4 pro shown in september 2016, with the X1X reveled in june 2017?

Microsoft, officialy, has no way of knowing what Sony is brewing, thus they would be stupid to present their console as the most powerful of the next generation.

[..]enabling developers to leverage 12 TFLOPS of GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) performance – twice that of an Xbox One X[..]
..So more like GCN 12TF then...

HDMI 2.1 Innovation: We’ve partnered with the HDMI forum and TV manufacturers to enable the best gaming experience through features such as Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR). ALLM allows Xbox One and Xbox Series X to automatically set the connected display to its lowest latency mode. VRR synchronizes the display’s refresh rate to the game’s frame rate, maintaining smooth visuals without tearing. Ensuring minimal lag and the most responsive gaming experience.

Juicy af. My LG C9 is ready.

Getting close tho

or MS has software prowess like emulation of BC and arent nailed down to 36 cu to get BC like Sony is !!!!!! Boldly confident in 12 rdna, And also github all adding up . So yeah Sony just not in xbox league if this all comes to fruition

As much as he's a whiney fanboy, I'm surprised and at the sime time, i'm not, that he was right on the number.
