xbox already said it, that they will have 12TF machine, they are confirming this AGAIN. RDNA 2 is not even in the picture at this time again, because they CLEARLY stating that it is 2x more powerful than xbox x and 8x powerfull than xbox S. so it's impossible mathematically to be true, so there is a lie somewhere. so yeah, more of the same and nothing new. lets wait for more CONCRETE info.

God I swear some of you are really hard to handle. A TF is a TF no matter the architecture. The console is 12 TF. And now confirmed that it is RDNA 2.0.

12TF is twice the TF of XBX. However, in actual performance it is higher because the efficiency of RDNA means the same TF deliver higher performance.

This was not an asterik 12TF equivalent in GCN.

I'm not that type, it only matters that you were 100% honest. That what counts. In the end, we are all winning here... except Sony? I got big hopes as they didn't say "most powerful console", means they're still in the race, and probably both share the same die with different approaches.

I was expecting around 10-11 TF for next gen consoles. This is a nice surprise and great news for developers and gamers if the price is right. I’m still skeptical about MS on the games front since I haven’t liked any of their games since Gears of War 2, but I feel they are heading in the right direction.

For as much as I love Sony and their game output, I feel they’re not approaching the PS5 in the right way. Maybe it’s because an internal power struggle? I don’t know but you can’t win all the time.

I'm just stating the obvious that they use GCN numbers to describe TF performance.

It's 12TF. Clearly stated in the picture not in comparison to the X1X. It's not some weird 12TF GCN equivalent.

yes but it was pretty easy to extrapolate the likely TF numbers from that. even a relatively normal clock speed of 1.7ghz would give you 12TF with the number of CUs listed.

and 1.7GHz is a pretty standard clockrate for modern GPUs
