Ugh, I can't edit my post above to remove the dreaded "saved draft" lol
There were a few i called out and low and behold they got banned for trolling.
*golf clap* I'm a new account. I never bothered to sign up back in the day, not that it matters. I joined recently when all the next-gen hype started up.
And lets be honest in my time being here i saw the uptick in these typenof comments and accounts ever since tlou2 debacle.
Its like they are really trying to double down and defend their agenda.
"double down and defend their agenda." What exactly do you think this OT even is if not defending an agenda?
Free speech is a human given right but when one comes in here to shit post well i have a problem with that.
Sorry, dad. Is there a difference between shitposting and shit-OT'ing? Like, do we need to make a distinction here?
The OT question is only slightly more ridiculous than the debate about game difficulty. Don't like it? Don't buy it. Want to play it? Get over your issues and play it. *shrug* But this barrage of opinions (here and elsewhere) bemoaning the death of the "male gaze" is ... well, it's pathetic for any number of reasons. Not the least of which is because it's simply not true. Are there less titillating female characters than before? Yes. Is there a
lack of them? No. To say otherwise is simply being ignorant of reality.
"Is she
sexy, though?" doesn't dictate my desire (or lack thereof) to play a game. The last thing on my mind when I'm deciding what to play is whether or not the protagonist is fuckable. And shocker! There's nothing wrong with "sexy" female characters! (That redhead posted on the first page from S. Korea or wherever is gorgeous.) What I do think is wrong is this strange notion that they all have to be.
