They have never launched a Playstation console at the same time in Japan in history. PS1 and 2 Japan had super early, PSP and Vita came to Japan months early, PS3 it was only a week, but PAL had to wait months.
The only time Japan has gone last is the PS4, because everyone there was happy playing Vita and Japanese devs weren't really ready, IIRC.

sorry, but there is no way it releases early in Japan... if anything it will launch last in Japan. these days Japan is not that much into home consoles anymore.
