You could argue that people Ellie is killing aren't necessarily bad guys but are just people trying to survive like her. The ones Drake kills are clearly criminals. I really fail to see this argument about Drake being sociopath that should feel guilty. You could argue that he should stay away from getting involved in that kind of life, but saying one should feel guilt over killing criminals is a strange statement.

Well, feminists are always angry and are now advising videogame developers. So naturally the outcome is angry female characters.

Doesn't change the fact that they're still "villains". My point is that one wouldn't necessarily feel any guilt in real life over killing these criminals and bandits, but obviously one can question Drake for getting involved in such a life, that I can agree with it. Drake is just doing favours to the society by getting rid of these scum as far as I'm concerned.
