Who the f is cole? Liu kang should have been the hero. In the recent MK cartoon they made scorpion the hero and Liu Kang a jobber who loses to Goro until scorpion saves him. Atleast in the games Liu Kang is still the main character.

I’ve come to Jesus with the fact that I shouldn’t expect a movie called Mortal Kombat to have a great story either and isn’t the reason I should be watching it. Give me fucking epic fights, fatalities, and I’m a satisfied man.

I was able to catch the Russian trailer. Looks pretty cool!
I feel like a lot of you need to remember that this is still a video game movie. When people say it looks good, they're not necessarily a comparing it to top tier movies that aren't video game related. Lol.
This does look like it could be another good or decent video game related film. But we'll have to wait and see!

Looks brilliant. Can't wait for all the miserable clowns to comment about how it's not the next Citizen Kane or something.
It's a game movie, it's sticking to 90% of the source material, characters look like they're supposed to and Milla Jovovich is no where in sight.
