LOL what the fuck. I thought for sure they’d take it down immediately until they had a working demo. 24 hours later and people are still downloading multiple gigabytes for an unplayable demo.
You know, at this point I'm almost starting to think this game won't be a total bomb if for nothing else than people wanting to really see how much of a train-wreck it will turn out to be, and maybe to play with drinking buddies (shots every time you hear "CHAOS!").They saw the CHAOS and decided not to fix the demo so nobody can create even more CHAOS
Team Ninja didn't create this trailer, Square Enix did.how did Team Ninja fall so far from grace.
I mean nomura has always been a hack. But did he drag TN down with him?
Still brokenIs this safe to download now without bricking my console or something? Still corrupted file?
Please keep us updated. This is one of those “it’s so bad I might actually like it”.
while i lay off my judgement for TN making this game. nomura has always and is a hack to meTeam Ninja didn't create this trailer, Square Enix did.
You can't ascertain anything about what Team Ninja have done from this game until you play it.
If your only input for a given thread is come to come in and call one of the most prolific Japanese developers still in the industry a hack and other fallacious comments then you need to re-think how you spend your time online.
Watch they silently delay this game.
In 5 years people will be asking what happened, and on E3 2026, Nomura comes to the stage and announces this as Versus Final Fantasy SoP.
Radio slience...
In 10 years people will be asking what happened, and on E3 2031, Nomura comes to the stage and announces this as Final Fantasy 19.
On par with most games nowadays. It’s like writers are bottom of the barrel at game companies, they probably share the dungeon with Q&A interns.Ugly. Terrible trash dialogue.
The reactions are mostly to the dialogue and character designs which are all handled by Square Enix... Team Ninja is only involved in the gameplay aspect, which no one is able to try out due to the corrupt demo.Given the reactions btw what are the chances for this game to be taken inhouse like ff7r, re-asjusted and re-announced in the future? They can't be happy right now.
Don't want.Wait not Playstation Exclusive? but the leaks and Rumors wtf.
Do you think you can fix CHAOSDid the fix demo? Is it playable now?

Yeap, I’m really afraid they rework the whole thing because of internet memes and forum mass hysteria. The Japanese are normally good at ignoring silly western panic attacks. Fingers grossed.Dude this game is awesome! I'll buy it as is, PS3 graphics and all (obviously they will improve).
Love the loot, the class switching and casting magic.
Unhinged main character is perfect. I hope people don't send negative feedback and cause a change.
This really screams PS3. I hope they improve the graphics, because gameplay-wise it actually looks interesting.Jack is too cool
It does but the gothic atmosphere is indeed there and it’s pretty good. I actually don’t mind they keep it like this but that resolution needs to go up, up, up.This really screams PS3. I hope they improve the graphics, because gameplay-wise it actually looks interesting.
It’s really good and I hope they don’t touch the protagonist who to me is super hot. I know no one wants white blonde hot men in their games these days but it would be a nice change from the multicolour dyed hair twinks we keep getting from Japan. So yeah, the game's totally awesome. It's clearly built using the Nioh engine. The tutorial takes place in a grass field very similar to Nioh, and is honestly probably assets directly from Nioh. X dodges back just like Nioh. R3 locks on like Nioh. Lightbringer power up is depleted by time or taking damage just like Nioh.
I love that you can parry abilities and blue mage absorb them for later use.
If you're into action games you're probably going to really enjoy this.
