Like the title says , what Nintendo series would you pick to have a new entry on the Switch and why?

Id go for Star Fox as we havent had one on Switch yet (apart from Starlink i guess). Would have gone for Diddy Kong Racing 2 but feel like Mario Kart has that space well and truly covered

Non-BOTW Zelda game would be great.
True successor to Mario 64 (same movement system)
And even though it just came out I'd take another Metroid Dread right now.

The real obvious answer is make as much as possible available on the store -- I'm sure there's a reason, but not having the Wii 2D Marios and all Luigi's Mansion games (just 2 examples) available for download on Switch is annoying.

I want a modern day Donkey Kong Arcade or Donkey Kong 94 sequel (no Mario vs. DK series doesn't count) I want to have a level editor and different tiles and contraptions/puzzles/obstacles/enemies, to put in to each single screen level. I just don't know how a 16:9 aspect ratio would work.

Yes, THANK YOU.

StarFox hasn't had a real ass entry since N64. It's looong overdue. I had given up and gotten over it, then they reopened the wound and poured salt on it by making a game directly inspired by 64, Star Fox Zero, and squandering the opportunity.

Can I trade one Switch game for two 3DS ones? F-Zero and Star Fox would have been the absolute best series Nintendo has to utilize the 3D, and we got one remake total. What a waste.

I think Star Fox have the same problem with F-Zero, Nintendo don't know what to add to the gameplay, especially with how Zero turn out

Excite Truck. If you haven't played it you missed out on one of Wii's greatest entries.

As fun as Excite Truck was, I'd rather have a new ExciteBots. ExciteBots got treated poorly by Nintendo and it deserved so much better. As far as I'm aware it only released in North America and they didn't promote it at all which lead to it selling a pathetic 13,000 copies its first week.

What time is it?
My kneejerk reaction was F-Zero but Punchout is a great suggestion and one I have way more confidence in the quality Nintendo could deliver.

1080 Snowboarding

I spent 6 days straight off my childhood trying to pull off a 1080.

6. FREAKING. Days.

And when I finally did it my d-wad brother jumped in front of the TV and blocked me from receiving my hardon earned glory. My cousin was sitting off to the side though. I asked if it looked cool and he just nodded. He wasn't even paying attention...
