Gaf surprised me in the last poll! I love doing these topics, but some found the PART 1 games too obscure.

Wow completely forgot Heavenly Sword existed. Solid 6 hours of fun that probably didn't meet expectations for most.

My personal pick is Half Life Alyx. It easily trumps everything on this list.

Highly recommended.

I compared them to Mario 64 honestly, in that the joy of the game is just in the simple act of moving around. The controls aren't as complex as Mario, but movement is as unique and enjoyable as running around that yard outside Peach's castle. You don't fly in this game, you fall, and you change the direction you fall. Pretty unique. Also ... this was one of the first games I ever played with gyro control, and it's great both on Vita and consoles. Art direction is phenomenal. OST is top tier. And Kat as a character is very charming and likeable. I got the Platinum on the first game on Vita and PS4, and part 2 is far past those graphically. Probably my favorite PS first party games of all time.

Man, they will cut 80% of the game on the remake... The game is pure exploitation! Feminists will turn berserk.

And i agree with you, the fun factor of this game is unmatched!

I Platinum Drakengard 3 and dont regret playing it but I wouldn't recommend that game unless you are hardcore Nier/Drakengard fan. Even someone like me who is not oversenentive with visuals and performance, Drakengard 3 runs absolute shit.

And I highly doubt ANYONE is patient enough try beat true final boss in that game.

From pure combat perspective Bayonetta is clear right choice here.

I would say Bayonetta followed very closely by Nier Automata and Gravity Rush 2 in third but best girl is probably Kat from Gravity Rush as she has the most personality out of all of them.
Just thinking of 2B all i hear is NAIN-YESSU...over and over again(shrugs) It just reminds me of Naruto screaming Sasuke all the time. it gets annoying after a while and I concur with another user that said A2 was much more interesting as a character because of that.

I did! Like i said in this very thread, Drakengard 3 and Heavenly Sword are awesome but the frame rate, its atrocious! But that don't make me stop to play them, i love both!

Heavenly Sword. Damn that redhead. Too bad that game came never on something else then PS3. Would love to see it in 4k with proper anti-aliasing.

Facial expressions were amazing at that time but with 720p and the bad aliasing you only see so much of it.

All these games sux, but you know a character personality.
Just a tip, don't play games that u don't like, and don't waste your time with threads that's not for you!

Doing that you'll gain more time to play and do things you actually like.
