Just saw this on Gamestop's website. I have the Gears 3 one but this is kinda sexy too. So far the Gears 3 one has done its job and kept my 360 stable while vertical.

This is for the 360 and the PS3 as well.

Edit: So before any more people start saying OMG MY EYES and WTF IS THAT DUCKBILL ON THE SIDE. The duckbill is where you CAN put your controller. It is completely detachable so you dont have to have it on there in the first place.

It is wher eyou sit your controller but you dont have to attach it. I dont have my Gears 3 vault.

I dont know. It is an easy way to customize your 360 these days now that you cant change out faceplates.

I do like my Gears vault. The 3 dimensional omen lights up whenever i get downed or with explosions and the red glow is kinda sweet when the room is dark. To each their own i guess.

What's with all the screw holes (I'm assuming that's what they are) on the sides for both consoles? Really hard to admire the artwork (especially on the side with the controller/headset holder) with all those holes.

the holes are for things you can put on the vault. Right now they dont have anything other then the licensed stuff you can put on right now but from my understanding they will have stuff down the line where you can customize these things.

They say that raising the 360 off the ground the little bit it does actually helps because you are getting air underneath it. And as you said the vents are all open so there is no problem at all with heat trapping.
