Fixed, and I agree...I'm going to be losing some sleep on Sunday nights playing catch up!

Nope, my post was good as is :p

Glen is a creeper, I feel violated whenever he's on. I just feel that one of these days he's going to stab Betty or something.

God I hate Glenn. I could never figure out why the hell he was in the show, when I found out he's Weiner's kid I went "oh, that makes sense then" lol. Edit: Beaten, but still.

I'd be ok with that.

Btw guys at the end of Season 4 when Don turns his head and looks at something in the window, was there something there? I can never tell and I've watched it like 10 times.

I've rewatching S4 right now and there's a ton that I missed and/or forgot. Plus it's great television. Well worth watching again before the new season.

Yeah, it is amazing television. I have all four seasons on Blu Ray, but my plate is a bit full at the moment, and I probably won't have time to engage in a rewatch. Wikipedia it is. ;p

I rewatched S4 when it came out on BRD forever ago. But I'm thinking on watching The Suitcase and the finale before the new season starts...

Yeah, I don't really have time, but I keep it on occasionally when I'm doing other stuff.

Just watched The Good News and The Rejected which included Don's trip to LA to see Anna. Don & Lane's bender in NY. Allison leaves leading to Blankenship. Trudy is pregnant, and Pete grabs his father in law's business. Peggy starts hanging out with some artists. There's also that great shot of Pete and Peggy looking at each other through the glass at the SCDP offices.

Look at this suave beast. Now this is style. Don can get bent.

(I hope this means that Christopher Stanley is going to be a regular this season.)

It is really weird watching Mad Men after playing L.A. Noire. Anytime Kenneth comes on screen, I think he's going to start yelling for no reason.

Finally finished season 4 though. I'm ready for season 5.

I'd hardly characterise it as 'stealing' after everything Don did to Betty

Isn't it all irrelevant from Henry's view? All he knew when he first started the affair was that she a married woman right?

He didn't steal anyone away though, Betty chose to leave Don. Did Midge/Rachel/Bobbi/etc. steal Don away from Betty? They were husband and wife in title only; Their love was dead a long time ago and they are responsible for their own decisions.

Does that make it right to go after someone else's spouse? No, but no one is without fault on this show. Henry is still one of the more intelligent and rational characters on the show IMO.

But for the record, I don't think Betty deserves Henry either. I actually think Don & Betty deserve each other and all the emotional black holes that they create in each other's lives.

Well in Don's affairs I think he was the initiator so he would be the thief. I don't actually remember it very well but I'm sure Henry was the one that first fell in love with Betty and proposed the affair, so he would be the initiator. I think both Henry and Don are sad men btw, but Henry is probably sadder because he ended up marrying the insane person he started the affair with. Of course, Don's new wife could also be crazy, who knows.

I would like it if Betty wants to go back to Don and Don just says no.

The thief of what though?

No one was being forced to have these extramarital affairs. All the involved individuals are equally as guilty of deceit.

And as far as Henry goes, he obviously made a bad decision in pursuing Betty, but at least he tries to make the relationship work. And he treats Don and Betty's kids better than they ever have. He takes his responsibilities of family seriously, which is more than can be said for Don & Betty, who constantly retreat into their same old vices to try and bury their problems.

Well, I'll give you all that. When I think about it anyways I don't think people use the word "steal" in a relationship context the same way as it's normally used. So now I think this semantic discussion has been kinda pointless :-/

Anyways I disagree with you on the awesomeness of Henry. He should try finding a woman that's actually good and not married.

yeah, but the kids don't deserve them... poor Sally and Bobby, it's a shame both Don and Betty are so fucked up and terrible parents :(
