I've only ever seen the credits get awarded right in front of me once. It seems like they add at the end of the time limit or randomly some time before. To make sure they were actually adding I was totaling up my credits, but they definitely work for me.

Finally happened, it was a while after the challenge ended. It just sneakily adds the points to your bar after a game. Leveled up and am on my way to General finally. Let's hope for a good weekly.

I actually thought it was just an ok episode. I was pretty lost and confused because
of how it strays away from the books in some parts. I understood what was going on it just was a reaction to how it was different

I try as much as possible to think of the show as an adaption of the novels as a whole, and realize that things are going to be different (continuously more so as the series goes on) and attempt to appreciate the show for being its own thing.
That episode was probably the most a single episode has strayed from the books, but I loved almost every scene, and thought it was easily one of the best episodes of the series so far.
That's where we're different though. I don't dislike the show because it's not exactly like the books. However, I feel like it does a good job of being faithful and like you said, that episode strayed away more than any other. I was left confused by some scenes and there were other scenes I didn't really like at all. Joffrey scene, Little Finger's part at Renly's camp and Dany trying to get into Qarth. The guy vouching for Dany and them (we see him towards the end of Clash for the first time right? When Dany needs boats and shit?) I don't know they just didn't sit well with me) Rest of it was totally awesome though. Opening scene was hilarious and so was the scene with Tyrion and his cousin.

That guy that stood up for Dany is the one that houses her for the entirety of her stay in Qarth I believe. I really liked those other scenes you mentioned as well, maybe partially perhaps in relation to building for events and character arch's in later books.

So I have 3 Reach Achievements left to get, all need to be done on a Defiant map:
Stop the opposing team touching the flag in a 1-flag game
Assassinate someone as soon as they pop out of AL
Get a last man standing medal
Is there a playlist where I have a decent chance of these gametypes coming up? I've done the 1-flag one, but the opposing team quit before time up so it didn't unlock. :\
The other two should be doable if I could actually get a Defiant map to come up in MM. It seems silly that the only thing making these achievements hard is the low frequency of the appropriate map and gametype.
