Well Dead Space 2 was way more actiony and shootery, hell the last level was full on Gears of War bullshit, Dead Space 1 was a real survival horror game but DS2 wasn't.

The metldowns have started early this year.

I think co-op survival horror could work, but only with randomly generated levels. I don't think we'll be getting that this gen outside of L4D, which is more of an action franchise anyway.
