Was going to say this. The elephant-like creature seemed dark grey in the E3 stage demo footage but here he looks like there are different shades to his skin.

Either way, still looks damn good already. And the game isn't even out till March!

Having read the GoW novel (gift from my gf) let me tell you this: If you take the button combinations out, you're certainly on the right track there, more or less.

So according to Gamersyde this is a 60 fps video, but the campaign gameplay sure doesn't look like it hits 60 often. Is this another GOW3 scenario where it floats around 45 fps?

not sure if that is good or bad, but slower gameplay could lead to more deliberate mechanics and the need for dodging and blocking.

Santa Monica are technical wizards. The animation is incredibly fluid. I wish there was something more to get excited about though. Nothing in this game looks as amazing as the titan battles.

That was before we see the new 1313 and FF Agnes videos that definatly rivaled CGI i guess

And i think both were running on current hardware and consoles are at least 1.5 year away
