Naw, I think they're being serious. Not in that they're seriously leaving the country, but I think they really are upset about Obamacare and are just being dramatic.

I've found a good rule of thumb for the internet:

Yes. Probably. That way, if by some strange Shyamalan-esque twist of reality, they turn out to be less stupid, your faith in humanity isn't lowered but slightly increased.
