What are the benefits if I preorder a digital game? I might do so if SS will have one.

I think NISA sales are possible. If they do go on sale, I'll be looking forward to buy Hakuoki or Disgaea Infinite (whichever is the better game).

It's a great game if you are into retro monster films. The added destruction is done quite well, plus the soundtrack is pretty good.

It's supposed to have one, which is the primary reason along with the Dyad discount I subscribed to Plus this month.

Plus pre-orders are 20% off, and you get a Cory Schmitz-designed PS3 theme.

Will probably pick up Puddle although I don't think I'll be playing it in places where there isn't a toilet nearby. The soundtrack just screams water-fountain type tinkling pressure.

Also a bit worried about the framerate? Not sure if it was actually the framerate or just the droplets that moved (fell) slower then you'd expect....couldn't really tell from the videos but seems like a fun chillout game.

OP's pic had me laughing for a good minute. -what's with the gamepad Sony logo?

War of the Monsters and Black were my 2 games from last gen I have to go back and get. I got Black for 6 bucks, now I just need War of the Monsters. I'd prefer to have the disc though.

I imagine the Puddle demo is coming to Europe as well, but if it doesn't, I wouldn't recommend the game. I didn't like the little I played of the demo.

Hope there's one too. I'd like to try Hakuoki, but it's more of a curiosity than anything, so it's a bit too expensive at its current price.

SCEE is the europe devision - they had good sales recently..I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss..although it does seem a bit soon.

@Lunch...that's a shame, what didn't you like? Someone else was going nuts over Puddle in the vita thread...will check out the demo though thanks for the warning.

Andy has done some nice work with the themed weekend sales for golf, tennis etc. Otherwise I think their sales have been pretty shit.

The puddle moves really slowly, I thought the difficulty ramped up too quickly (and I believe the demo levels are just the first few, rather than skipping around), I didn't like the controls (it defaults to using the rear touch, and the game isn't sensitive or fast enough for the gyro controls to feel satisfying), and, to be completely shallow, the actual puddle itself is kind of ugly.

It's true, I did have everybody's golf's sale price in mind when I posted that...what a steal, could have sworn there were a few others as well..but mainly launch titles that I had already picked up full price..

Wow, not good at all! I will still try it for the physics and setup but will bare that in mind. I agree it did seem slow. I noticed there were quite a few control options, will give L+R if we get the demo tomorrow hopefully, cheers again.

I had a friend here this weekend and I wanted to show him Borderlands and how full retail games on the HDD was a neat feature and ... well ... kind of hard to sell someone on a PS3 or PS+ when you screw up the license like this. :(

Hopefully we will get Expendables 2 impressions, the lack of footage got me worried. I know the graphics are shit, but it could still be a very fun game in co-op, like that Matt Hazard game.

I still don't get why people are saying this? They are not graphics you would find on a retail release but I think they are more than serviceable for a PSN game. And I'm getting money back as I'm buying this and sound shapes as well as not having to pay full price as I'm ps plus. I'm content. If this game had a platinum that would be AMAZING though (it is a $15 game afterall).

War of the Monsters is an easy pick up on my end, really interested in Expendables aswell, the trailer looked like alot of fun especially if you can get some friends together. Hoping it's decent atleast.
