There was a stealth game which looked like a very good Mirror's Edge ripoff. How is it doing? Can't look it up right now.
No I think it was always mend to be a free mod, and I agree even if they wanted to I think they can't sell it because of Valve owns the rights to everything in the mod.

Glad Zomboid got through. And now I can finally play Half-Life 1 without immediately wanting to quit over its aging-ness too! Hooray!
