Read Toriko instead, Naruto's peak is on volume 10 then from there is 40+ volumes of emoemo.

Thinking about getting Black 2 or White 2.
The only other Pokemon game i own right now is HeartGold, which is awesome but played to death. I haven't played Black/White or Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, by the way.
Is there any particular reason to go with one over the other?

I just wanted to spread the word that Veronica Taylor, the original dub voice of Ash Ketchum, is THE NICEST AND SWEETEST PERSON IN THE WORLD. Met her today at NYCC. Free signings of anything you bring (she had an 8x10 and a cute hand-drawn Pokemon tcg card of herself for sale if you didn't have anything with you), free photo, she'll converse with you and even offered my friend some voice acting career advice. If she is at a convention near you GO. In terms of meeting your childhood idols, there is nothing more you could ask of a person.

You could at least give reasons why!
Anywho Platinum is much better then it's previous entries. B/W2 are decent...the side stuff is pretty fun and will become a major time sink. If you want to play it for the story...B/W have the edge. If you aren't a fan of the Gen V designs, be warned that you're stuck with them until you beat the game in Black/White. Thankfully you don't have that problem in the 3rd version. Platinum is still a fun game, even without some of the updated features.

As someone who has always rated the old gameboy pokemon games higher than the newer ones, i take all that back. The physical/special split, abilities, and all these other battle additions really make a difference. I'm sure you all know that but I'm getting really into HeartGold. I'm not sure what happened, I tried Platinum before, I guess I just had to get more engrossed.
Urg I hated grinding for battle points in Platinum just so I could unlock a one use tm.

I feel your pain. That Champions Tournament better net me 10-20 points for winning it.
I noticed that playing online in the Global Battle Union gave me BP. I'm not sure if you have to win battles to get the BP or not though. It might not be any faster than tournaments.

I finally hatched a Shinx with the IVs I wanted, and it's a female. Since it'll become a Luxray I decided to nickname it Solange after "Solange Blanchefleur de Lux," the princess in the 3DS game Code of Princess.
Since I am pairing her with a new Arcanine in Black 2, Arcanine needed a name too.
Upon researching the name Solange, it appears there was a "Saint Solange" who was murdered by a man named Bernard. Which is funny, because there happens to be a breed of dogs named after a "Saint Bernard" (of no relation to the Bernard who murdered Solange).
So now I have Solange and Bernard. Funny how that works.

I think that might be something to consider, if it means getting to battle real people. Sometimes I do prefer getting BP the lazy way, that is, spamming the lowest-rank Battle Subway train.

Oh well. Sometimes I guess things won't go well one way or another. Sometimes I don't understand why some people do just that. But what happened is what happened and maybe we should move on.

Johto: *snooze fest* Easy win.
Sinnoh (Man is it so good to hear those tunes again): Crushed easily since I get matched up against Roark and Candice who go down easily to Infernape. And then it's Maylene but alas, Infernape was having none of that.
Hoenn: Same dealio. Thought Winona would give me problems since my party hates flying Pokemon but alas, no issues.
Kanto: Screw these guys, first it was Lt. Surge and then it was Misty who screwed me over but finally I prevailed. The computer still does wacky things like Erika using Sunny Day while...Infernape was still on the battlefield!
World Leaders: Creamed the first two Pokemon of Chili's with ease and I thought I was doing good until he brought his Darmatarian out. That stupid gorilla proceeded to one shot a Fire Pokemon (what the hell) with Fire Blitz...outspeeds Gengar with Fire Blitz (Yea yea I know, EV/IV at max) and then to troll me, smacks Ludicolo down with U-Turn. That...that really hurt...I would have won it too...=(
This mode is really ticking me off...

I've started to note down all the OTs I've come across, so I don't select duplicates on the trade screen. Currently at about 43...
