PS+ members can already download Super Stardust Portable (PSP) from EU PSN for free, so I'm guessing it is one of the first Vita PS+ freebies.

edit: my bad, it's apparently part of this months old Super Stardust celebration. But it's still up for PS+ members, which is weird.

don't care about free games, I bought most of the stuff I wanted, including ridge racer. Later on that'll become more useful hopefully.

Main thing I want is cloud saves for as many games as possible so I don't need to fuck about with backups to my PS3 or computer.

Really doubt they'll do Dungeon Hunter. It's widely hated.

I think it'll be a Vita game (Wipeout or Little Deviants is my guess) and maybe one or two PSP games.

They wont do PSP right away, they might go and reuse PS1 titles already given away on PS+, and recycle it for people who missed out

I have a vita, didn't expect anything though. Happy enough as it is with PS3 PS+.

Infact, I was hoping they would start bringing out PSP games for free on PS+ as I doubt they will put out Vita software (its got little enough as it is).

Resident Evil 5 Gold edition is cool. Though I probably am not going to play it. Not really dissapointed though, but I was expecting something more along the lines of motorstorm apocalpyse? That would have been great. Or darksiders. Or Deux Ex:HR. I already bought RDR, but wouldn't mind that either.

EU PS+ is amazing... I wish NA PS+ was even on the same level.

I've never played RE5 so I guess thats cool, hopefully thats not everything and there will be some Vita stuff this week too.

I was really hoping for a game I hadn't played yet, guess I can give the DLC for RE5 a shot though. That price for Portal 2 is fantastic, hope I get my $20 credit before the sale ends.

People's expectations for PS Plus at this point are completely unfair and crazy. If you had told me two years ago that a game like Crysis 2 would eventually be free for a month if you were a Plus subscriber, I would have said you were nuts. Now you get that, two other games, and more stuff to come, and it's just an "ok" month of updates.

I honestly feel bad for Sony when stuff like this is said. It's hands-down the best service around, I have to believe they're under-charging for it, XBox Live is a total joke now in comparison... how are they not being celebrated and praised every month is truly disheartening. It makes me wonder if there is anything they even can do to revitalize their former standing.

US got KoF XIII, PayDay, Blitz (and RE 5 Gold, so I don't know why you mentioned it), none of which I've played. I had already bought Red Dead, Deus Ex, and Crysis 2.

US Plus > EU Plus. I'm much happier getting games that are good, but didn't sell like crazy, meaning less people already have them.

I think Sony fanboys are more entitled and aren't willing to pay for stuff they know is a ripoff or garbage.

Xbox fans are more willing to fork over cash for essentially nothing, which is why live sells the way it is.

I'm grateful Sony doesn't disrespect its fans/consumers when it comes to providing value for their online service (even though there has been a few mistakes and flaws). And I already felt that plus paid itself off for me when Ratchet and clank:all for one went for free. Thats why I never complained.

$50 for a year of free games (even if it were PSone games/PSN games) is amazing value, even if some consider it a glorified rental. Chances are I don't want these games in my physical collection and still want to play them once.

I guess other members never got that game they truly wanted to play for free.

I'll definitely take RE5: Gold for free. Guess the 'mock up' new PS Store was correct even though the blog said it wasn't. lol

Portal 2 for $14 isn't bad either. Never played that. And it's move compatible. Ill bite.

It really comes down to perception I guess. If it didn't seem like we were getting EU's leftovers I'm sure people would be more excited. I am kind of puzzled that games like RE5 and Borderlands are being offered after their sequels are released, seems putting them out a month before hand would make more sense from an advertising perspective.

Just because PS+ is an amazing that doesnt mean it shouldnt face any criticism.

US PS+ has been handled horribly bad and it deserves the criticism it gets otherwise it will never improve.

Couldn't care less about year old disc games going free. If it's not a psn release it might as well be nothing. If I wanted to play re5 I would have bought it 5$ used/on steam by now.
