I'd like to jump in and make a request. What I lack in photoshop skills I more than make up for in praise and giving thanks.

Not just you, but everyone, please try to be patient. There's not a lot of us doing these, and a lot of them get overlooked due to the number of requests. Sometimes, the avatar is just too complicated to do much with it. Mostly though, it's more the former than the latter. In a lot a ways, I'm glad this was started earlier this year, as usually its after Thanksgiving, and a lot of people get left out. Hopefully, it will be less so this year than the last. Thanks.

Actually, you're not totally off base. I'm horribly guilty of cherry picking avatars that seem more interesting to me to work with, or easy to knock out of the queue. I just try at some point to go back and dig through the ones that got missed and get those Xmas'd up too.
