I don't have any particular preference. Anything that looks nice is my objective. Though, I do love interesting items! I need you help, Cris! I am ignorant of the color wheel. :-(
 
Question...

What's the protocol for opening presents? Do we all do it on Christmas? I go home for Christmas and do presents before we leave with my own family.

Pretty much. Open gift along with your other gifts on Xmas day, take pictures, post in this thread. Your SS will usually reveal themselves at this point, everyone comments on all the pics and chats about it. If you've got a special circumstance where you have to open it early or late, I'm sure that's fine. Maybe open them early but don't post about it in the thread until Xmas day?

I'm excited...but for some reason, I keep thinking that the person I bought for is buying for me.

I had a dream I met my TT at a party (I have no idea what they look like...but I made someone up in my dream) and we were chatting and the whole time I was dying to tell him what I had bought.

It was one of the lamest dreams I've ever had.

There is a chance that you and your TT are even exchanging, but you won't know until the reveal haha. The list was done on a random seed, so anyone could be paired with anyone.
There were at least two instances of someone getting seeded to themselves.

I've always thought this and even this year I seriously contemplated it but decided to go crazy and apply. Hasn't been too bad so far!

Felt good buying stuff.
 
I'm having a hard time figuring out what to get for my recipient :/ No wishlist, no concrete wants or likes, and post history get's me nowhere.
 
Uh, SS, if you got me jeans, or you were going to, I put the sizes wrong. I meant 30/34, not 34/30. Waist/Length! I wonder if anybody ever actually gifts jeans though, hahaha.
 
I got my present! But I opened it by mistake! :(

I was waiting for a bunch of stuff I ordered off Amazon (including one of the gifts for my TT), so when this package from amazon showed up, I opened it. There was no gift wrapping or anything, so I saw part of what's inside. As soon as I realised what it was, I closed the package and put some tape back on. I only caught a glimpse of some of what is in the package (
it's awesome
). I'll open it properly on Christmas, and I'll take a few unboxing pictures!

Anyway, I finally have everything I wanted for my TT, so I'll be shiping it this week.
 
Shipped mine today, oofph at international shipping rates. Hope mine makes it, the address was a bit backwards, but I think we worked it all out.

Is anyone having problems shipping things to their TT? I'm working on an art piece for mine, so I want to make sure I finish it with enough time to ship out :P

I think it definitely is for int' shipping. The whole compulsory customs info on the package does kinda ruin everything because it has the type of gift, weight and price right there on the package. Try to avoid reading it.
 
Just sent mine out to begin its long trek. Expected it with in the next few days, TT!

It's kinda small (cause I'm a poor college kid) but it seemed right up your alley. I hope that's okay >.<
 
well according to my seller of choice the package(s) have arrived safe and sound with my TT. :)
sorry they are not wrapped properly but that is a total rip off.
but who objects to postage boxes under the christmas tree ;)
 
My package to my TT is on its way. Sadly it's not wrapped, but hopefully they don't mind. They can always unwrap the box.

Yea online wrapping is kinda a joke.

Decided to go for it either way but if I had to choose I would go for more presents and no wrapping.

Shipped! Mine is wrapped with ribbons and stuff, inside the most ghetto envelope/tape thing you can imagine. :)

Also, to my giftee, I was completely boggled as to what to buy you. And the gift I got you was so not what I expected... Hope it's still nice-ish. ><
 
Ugh this place I ordered from is taking forever. They dont take p o boxes , which they failed to mention in their site, so four days after ordering they sen and email asking for a new address so i responded with a physical address on monday and still havent heard back from them. If it takes too long I may just go out and physically buy some stuff for Friday shipping. I'm so frustrated with them. It was the perfect gift too...

If you're planning to just have them ship to you before you ship it out to your TT, you do still have like 3 weeks left so still plenty of time.

Got mine a couple days ago and I'm preeeeetty sure I know what I got. Looking forward to opening everything.

Still not sure what to get mine though. This shit is hard.
