just a short mail, that they gonna pricematch afterwards if big retailers (saturn/mediamarkt) undercut them.
searched for the advertisment of mediamarkt to send them a link but couldn't find it. any help? gonna try it again tomorrow then.

I really, really wish Mass Effect 3, Call of Duty, and Batman were all available on the Eshop. I am going digital only and held off on playing ME2 and Batman because I wanted to play them on the Wii U.

still a good chance I think. I have ME3 and COD BO2 on disc now so I'll have to see if I can get Batman later on eShop
It might take a few weeks or early next year I don't see the reasons they should not show up because AC3 was a pretty large Download that fits the same aspects of those games
Third parties decide if they want them up on the eShop.

there is. someone mentioned the firmware in the us is 2.0 and uk / eu models are on 1.0, so the update will probably go live by thursday or friday if nintendo really want to cut it fine.
I'm very disappointed it's not already live, that way they could minimize the strain on their servers instead of having hundreds of thousands trying to update at the same time.
I found nothing in the flyer or on their page. I'll call the mm in my area tomorrow, maybe they'll have at least the games deal.

nope they won't. but i don't think MM holland and Germany will have very diffrent prices on the wii u. wouldn't be the first time amazon.de pricematched me later on consoles/games after release.
i'm still baffled the Zombi U is 69.99 at amazon. still preordered it. they will crank down in price anyway.....i hope

Thanks, game prices are OK too with the second game being half off. If MM Germany has a similar deal I'll bite on 4 games.
I wouldn't be too sure, MM have totally different prices between countries sometimes.

but at this point of a coonsole release i don't even care to much about a few bucks. they should just ship it allready! everything else is a nice bonus i will burn on other games anyway.

I had this problem. It appears not, when I went to the supermarket to get one the other day they had to swipe it throughbtheirncard reader to activate the card.
Such a pain in the ass.

I can't find any online or off. I mean what's up with that. I want to get Nano Assault and MSF so bad. I wish Gamestop's Power Up Rewards program had them as I have enough points to get the 1600 Microsoft points or $20 in PSN credit... or 2000 Wii Shop points, but they don't offer Wii U eshop cards yet. grrr

I actually don't have the funds on a card to order online, I was going to redeem my poweruprewards points and get two $10 off any gamestop purchase coupons and buy a $20 eshop card that way. I don't actually get paid until next week which sucks.
standart e-shop cards should work.

just got mine from Newegg.. When it wants me to sync the remote and it's telling me to enter the 4 symbols, it keeps saying it can't connect my remote to the console after I enter them correctly... has this happened to anyone else?

Wal Mart has Fling Smash for $15, and Toys R Us has them from $22.50 to $25 w/ Fling Smash, but they also have Buy 1 Get 1 50% off, so getting two of them is a pretty good deal.

I was extremely disappointed with wii, looked and felt horrible next to my PS3 and PC.Hence I was very sceptic of wii u.

I think this was a major criticism with the GameCube and Wii, but now it seems less so. I'm actually finding it to be inconvenient to get off my lazy ass and change game discs.

Don't get me wrong, I watch most things by streaming through netflix or hulu anymore, but I like using my PS3 for blu rays or DVDs, and it would be nice for Wii U owners to have that same option.

Same, I use the PS3 mostly for Bluray, and DVD, but I am looking for an excuse to use the gamepad while I do other things...
in this instance, I am watching the TMNT 80-90s cartoon while I put together our coffee and end table, and thought about watching the DVDs on the WiiU, no dice!
