they have to be pretty deeply involved. they provide support to all first party partners. im sure kojima even learned from the ICE team during his visit to naughty dog.

Actually i think that it is only natural that there will be big leak. Consoles are almost finalized and everyone is expecting this year E3 to have new consoles reveal.

It's not ps3 situation where console was reveled a year before lunch.

It seem Orbis will have higher GPU, and Durango will have 2 systems in one.

Will see if new rumours might change it.

Will be slightly disappointed if Durango is more powerful than Orbis, only because I want Sony's first party to have the absolute best they can to show of that tech, that and I generally prefer buying multi platform titles on PS3 due to free online. Be annoying if Microsoft has the edge on multi titles again due to a slight performance advantage.

Look at what Sony's first party is able to do with the hardware they have now. Now imagine games that are developed for hardware that is orders of magnitude better. These systems will be relative in power and third party games are going to be at parity this gen because their architectures are going to be extremely similar.

Pretty much Sony is considered the Game company out of the 2. With their stable of devs people want their hardware to be the best to show the most.

MS customized but its still not as broken up or customized as the PS3 and those customizations are, for the most part, easier to take advantage of than the stuff that was in the PS3 upon release.

Because there's this insane belief that some (SOME, not all, not even a majority) Sony fans believe that they are the company who cannot fail at providing bleeding edge tech and whatnot since they're the most "hardcore friendly" between MS and Sony.

I don't know if differences will be notable, honestly. The important is the price.

Hardware is kind of irrelevant to me as long as it is acceptable. Software is where I look when it comes to day one purchases. I have a feeling I will be going with Sony, especially after Microsoft's last two or three E3 performances.

I´m fine as long as both are pretty close. Will probably end up with both anyway, like i did this gen.

That wouldn't make sense for people to go crazy over that then. Tho I could see it.

It would basically be ps2 vs xbox round 2 then in terms of power.

They must not be Sony fans if they think Sony has to release these overly powerful machines. Look at the PS1 and PS2.

Naw I knew what you mean I just meant I can't see people get upset if Sony isn't the strongest again. I mean ps1 and ps2 weren't beast in tech or power. It was just more exotic then the others. PS3 was really the first time PS was considered "A beast" in pure power lol.
