At first I thought it would be a longshot to get a US release based on us getting a Super Robot Wars game. Good for all the fans of the series. I may buy it since I will probably cave on a 3DS XL when Pokemon releases (definitely if Braverly Default comes state side). Having played Namco X Capcom is very much more of the same.

From reviews, the graphics / sound are great and the gameplay is really fun. The story is its weakest point, but it's still a great game overall.

It takes like 40-60 hours to complete, so this is definitely a game that's worth your money.

Also isn't this crazy fast, I mean its only been out in JP for like 4 months. I mean it seems like it takes over a year just to hear about localization efforts for games we know are pretty safe bets to come over here, and this will be out within like 8-10 months of its original release.
