Okay, I really need the following four my team:

1: dark and/or light resolver (since there are no ogres there)
2: dark and/or "heal to color" changer. Vampire Lord is probably best for dark, but what about light? Or is there an easier drop than vampire Lord?
3: dark healer, is there one?

Thanks in advance if you know their names,I don't want to click through all the monsters to seer who has what skill...

I don't think it's 100% complete, but it should answer most of your questions

Ugh I really wanna evolve my ammy, but there's no way I'm getting the material for it... everything one shots me in those master dungeons.

Lillith is a dark healer I believe.

None of the materials required to evolve Ammy involve a Master dungeon. Which material are you worried about in particular?

How does resolve work? From the wording it sounds like it's just a chance you'll survive...

The description doesn't explain it fully. With the ogres/titan, you survive hits that bring you from 70%+ hp to zero, with Viper Orochi you survive hits that bring you from 50%+ to zero.

1. There are no dark or light resolve monsters (at least not in US).

2. Vampire for heart to dark, Dragon Rider for dark to light AND heart to dark, Big Baddie for heart to dark (easiest heart to dark you can get). Valk and some other hard to get dual monster are the only light to heart.

3. Purple Carbuncle heals as a skill. Moonlight Carbuncle has a mediocre heal per match.

Dependso n the monster. With Orochi if your total HP is >50% you will survive with 1 HP. With an Ogre if your total HP is >70% you will survive with 1 HP. As long as you meet the condition, the chance of survival is 100%.

So the basic idea is get an ogre and a powerful healer as your leader / helper. Fill the rest with a poison (succubus / neptune, for example), and aside from that try to have as few colors as possible in your gruop so that you can make sure every person hits every turn.

When you encounter some Divine masks, find whichever ones attack on the same turn and focus fire one of them down. After that, as long as you can heal yourself back up to 50% (or 70%) in one turn with a combination of hearts and your healer leader, you're good to go.

Save the poison until the 5th round and use it to insta-kill the boss

2 is the second form of the starting slimes. The non-slime version for light is valkyrie. And the riders that Nicoga has mentioned.

The dark "healer" is the succubus.

oh man, I need this guy, thanks nicoga. I get extra light AND extra dark orbs, he'd be perfect for a light/dark team. (well not necessarily extra dark, depending on the ratio heal/dark, but still. net plus.) Too bad he only drops from the rare eggs :( I'll save them up til he has a special rate.

I got his counterpart, http://puzzle-dragons-global.wikia.com/wiki/Gryps_Rider. I actually use him on Masks because he's dual element, so it gives me a free extra hit against the masks.

oh man i didn't even see him listed in the skills (or maybe he just isn't listed yet, since the wiki is incomplete... I also saw e.g. Hades missing, at least for leader skills), he'd be even better. Damn, now I want him.

I have Marine Rider (green/blue), which isn't bad... but not particularly useful for the type of monsters I have atm :p

Yea mostly just incomplete. All the info is listed on the JP / Chinese wikis, but it's not obvious how to translate all of them and it doesn't seem like any of the western players are doing dumps of the data files to mine all the stuff to figure out the exact name / wording of the skills as they are translated in the English version. Plus it just takes time to input everything since the English wiki is still very much a work in progress.

I'm hoping they release some of the JP gods over here like Ra, that give you a 6x attack bonus when you use all 5 elements in an attack, because then dual element guys get VASTLY more useful.

Well I failed miserably.

I had my 70 Siren as healer, lil blue (62) hp, Demon Mask (20 hp), 2 slimes (80 hp each) and a Viper.

Got to the second level and had 3 masks with the same countdown.

Now only 2 stamina :(

*Caution learning ahead*

Had you gotten Viper Orochi's skill available on the first round? that would have given you five extra turns to eliminate two masks. I feel like the purpose of the Mask dungeon is to teach orb and skill management...

... oh and patience in not throwing your phone across the room when you reach the fifth level, they all pop on the same countdown, and your lilith skill is that countdown +1 turns away...

Hit a wall, really need to farm and build up my team a bit the remainder if the week.

Is anyone else getting achievements for things they already had?

Even still, I'm not sure how you would win with that setup. The boss attacks every turn, and has 2 other masks along side him. So you have to be able to kill the boss in < 4 turns otherwise he'll attack on the same turn as one of his helpers.

I'm looking to exchange presents with anyone. I'm also looking for others to add to my friend list. If you plan to add me, I don't have anything special to set as my leader except for my evolved Plesios. At the moment, I just have a bunch of random players on my friend list.

Wow, the amount of discussion on this one daily dungeon is rather surprising. Early on, my team was composed of 3 ogres that went through ultimate evolution, lilith, and a healer as helper. Wasn't much trouble at all.

Gonna attempt legendary flame mech dragon tonight. Anyone got a high level Flare Drall or Meteor Volcano Dragon?

Yes it is. I need the blue mask for my Siren. My healer is only 4* and I do not have a Viper or anything, so what would my other options be? Get a blue ogre and use someone elses healer? Then use my crappy blues I listed above as the main group?

Honestly, like CCP mentioned you're kinda screwed without a poisoner (the final boss attacks every turn), you're best bet is to have a Shiva friend and build is skill up the first round and sweep. Somebody more experienced might have another solution.

The blue masks also drop in the first tier ice tech dungeons, and the tech dungeons don't require nearly as much as of a gimmick setup as this dungeon does.

Hey guys I actually used the recommendations of using a zombie team. My team was Red Ogre lvl 8, 3 red pengdras, lilith and siren.

I was able to go through most of the stage however i got killed. There were 2 monsters that hit me at the same time so i was not able to heal back to +70% to activate the ogre passive.

Cannot pass through this dungeon and im very tired already.

Im able to get to the 4 out of 5 stages but thats where i usually get killed.

Indeed, I need 3 mystic masks and have no stamina, yay!

I must resist spending money on this though... grrr

I feel resolve teams give you no room for error, expect to lose a lot of xp just learning that mask dungeon, really frustrating for sure.

At the beginning of the stage, were there 3 on the same timer or just 2? If there are only 2 on the same timer at the beginning of the stage, then it is absolutely mandatory that you kill one of those two first. Doesn't matter which one, but just pick one, target it, and only attack that one until it's dead. Once you get rid of one of them, it becomes easy.

If there are 3 on the same timer then it can be tricky, but you have to make lots of 5 orb matches to hit everything on the screen (you can do this by saving up orbs on round 1, or by cycling orb changers).

Actually are 3 at the same time. Im very bad at making combos. I did cleared it 1 time and was able to pass to the final stage but I use Lilith on the 4 round. The I died on the 5 round so I used a stone to be able to pass it.

But now im farming for the mystic mask and i know is not a 100% drop.

Is this true? Maybe I will try that if it is.

Just started playing a week ago my id is 377,049,200 and my leader is Gyphus Rider. Anyone want to gift dragons?

I'm thinking maybe I should reroll I used all my magic stones to recover after defeat before I learned you should save them for rare monster and I just feel like my character is too weak to advance further.

Combo is not important, the important thing for killing 3 at the same time is groups of 5 with your strongest color, even if there is no combo at all. This is also reason why you want as few colors as possible. For example, if every monster on your team is dark, and you match 5 black orbs in 1 group, you will hit every monster on the screen for 6 HP.

If you have multiple colors of people in your group, then you have to try to make 1 group of 5 for each color that is on your team. This is why you store some orbs in the corners in the beginning, then try not to match those stones until you need them. Make a shape that looks like this:

OOXXOO
OOXXOO

Where O is the color that you have the most people from in your group (if you're all one color, even better). From here, if you are dragging an O stone, you can make a group of 5 O's on the bottom line easily, and on the next turn you can make ANOTHER group of 5 O's on the bottom.

If at any point you don't have enough stones to make a group of 5, you use an orb change of the appropriate color. Lilith for example can use orb change. None of the other guys you brought with you can, but replace one of your pengdras with a low level orb changer. If you can change your red pengdras to blue pengdras, and your red ogre to blue ogre that would be better too, because siren is blue so you want as much blue as possible if you can. This would give you 2 colors instead of 3, so easier to do large damage.

so for example, maybe you change your team to this:

blue ogre, 3 blue pengdra, lilith, siren.

Now if you match 5 blue stones you will do 5 damage to every monster on the screen. An even better group is if you can replace 1 or more of your blue pengdras with blue monster who can also change orbs to blue. Mystic Ice Knight / Fenrir Knight is a great example. Not sure if there are others

Oh come on, the dark side's not so bad...

Well I plan to spend like £15 a month on this, anymore and it could become dangerous lol

Its really annoying that each floor doesn't gaurentee a drop on masks, bit fucking cheeky to spend 25 stamina and have nothing to show for it.

Ammy is at +15 RCV bonus (+45), slowly but surely.

Today's evolutions, quite proud of the first one. His attack at level 1 is already more than my level 55 Tiamat, and his active skill is awesome in resolve groups at 1 hp (even if his hp are high =p)--

Yea, it's true. The good news is since it took me so long to get the Mystic Mask, I now have at least 2 of EVERY SINGLE Divine mask, so hopefully I don't have to go back there for a very long time.

I would definitely reroll, you can get back to where you are now in no time.

I'm at the Sea Cave Mercury dungeon, Path of the Seabed quest. The boss of this dungeon takes 1 damage from everything. If it weren't for my poison skill, I probably would've spent a couple weeks on this guy. And even with my poison skill, it took about 200 turns to kill him. What am I supposed to do here?

I'm also finding it near impossible, if not impossible to progress without the help of a friend who heals every turn. And I'm getting absolute complete junk on all of my magic stone eggs. Have I hit the paywall of this game?

Post your monster box. Chances are you just don't have a very good team setup, but often times you can improve your setup even by just levelling trash that you normall would have been feeding to your mains.

The boss of Sea Cavern Mercury / Path of the Seabed has higher than average defense, so unless you're doing more damage than his defense, you're going to do 1 damage. So this is probably just a matter of not having your guys levelled up enough (weak attack), or using fire monsters against water, or not making big enough combos, etc. But if you post your monster box perhaps we can help.

Generally speaking, I haven't found a hard paywall yet. After Castle of Satan the difficulty does ramp up substantially, but generally you can get items that are useful enough to progress though farming / special dungeons, even though it can take quite a while to get the drops you need (or quite a few pulls from the rare egg machine). So perhaps you can call that a "soft" paywall, where it definitely helps you progress more quickly (although even paying you need to put in quite a bit of time), but isn't strictly necessary.

Like cpp says take a pic of your monster box ordered by atk, sounds like your monsters are underlevelled, if your atk is less than a monsters def you will attack for 1.

Where can I farm a liliths?

You can farm her in twin temple diana - the coaxing snake, its at 1.5 times drop rate right now also.

I have no idea why people are having trouble with expert mask. It is literally the easiest expert dungeon in the game as long as you have strategy.

Have 4x low hp blue or green. Blue is best since you can use siren and orochi with it.

For your leader if you have a lev 3 Siren then you're set cause just partner it with a Orochi and bam its instawin as long as you're patient.

Say you have a

siren/blue ghost orb x 4/orochi

First fight is usually a bunch of devil mask. Kill all but 2 and set your orbs like this.

XXXXXX
XXXXXX
XXBXXB
BBXBBX
BBXBBX

Make sure nothing around the Bs are blue or similar colors. You do not want an accidental combo. Why does this setup rock? Because you have 2 5 orb combos ready to launch in case you get some bullcrap 3 or 4x 4 timer divine mask. Try to use the top 2 rows of X to finish the stage to preserve the bottom.

Repeat for stage 1-4

Then you got your Orochi as back up. Always have him charged. Its five extra turns. One great thing about Orochi is that you can use him and then charge him up again in the same stage unlike poison users.

Something ridicule would have to happen for you to lose.

At the last level, use orochi and then 2 5 orb bombs. Now you have 7 turns at least to take out the two side mask (1 match) or the mystery mask. Something ridicules would have to happen for you to lose.

Now comes the harder but still easy just more prep work tactic. This is the tactic that make this expert stage the easiest in the game cause no expert stage can be beaten by such a crappy self team.

Blue Ogre/blue ghost orb x 4/Siren

First part strategy is the same.

First fight is usually a bunch of devil mask. Kill all but 2 and set your orbs like this.

This is going to take some time but when the you get to your last fight you can easily 3x 5 orb combo in your first 3 turns which kills the 2 side mask.

Now this strategy doesn't always work. I did die once when I got a 3 x 4 counter divine mask right before the last stage and made it impossible for me to prep for the last stage.

So CAN you get blue big masks in the ice Maze? I only have the Silver Labyrinth open at the moment.

Generally speaking, the first level of tech dungeons, the divine masks are kinda rare. For the last (boss) level, you see them almost every single time (maybe even 100%). But even the level before the last level is still pretty good

Actually it's twin temple appollo, which is regular drop rate. Which is also incredibly small.
