It could be done with full budget off-line CG, but real-time or even in-engine no way, not even in next two generations.

Much of my opinion was based on a crappy flipped SD version on YouTube yesterday, my opinion has changed since then after watching it on GT.

Why are you resorting to personal attacks anyway? This whole thread is meant to be a bit of fun, and I honestly don't care either way what happens. Would I love for some of it to be CG? Sure, but I'm just enjoying the ride.

It's not being patronizing. It's being incredulous that some people here actually believe that the guy in the video (which you haven't watched by the way) can actually be technologically created. At first it was all fun and tongue-in-cheek but it stopped being fun tens of pages ago. It's like talking to someone who speaks crazy and you go along with it thinking it was all in good time and then realizing they were actually serious. Now you're wondering whether you should hightail it out of there or risk becoming a bloody piece of meat in a sack.

Them masking their serious belief in jokes and "Omg #teamfun!" is not helping any.

People are scrutinizing this guys head more than they ever did on a real person/video/picture, where they would see just as many strange things. Its just the sensationalist nature in us that instead of a normal explanation wants to see aliens.

It was the name of a prototype Metal Gear that was never made in MGS3. If you look up all the codec conversations with Zero during the final act, you'll find it somewhere. The interesting part was that the Metal Gear prototype itself was supposed to be a 'backwards' god, but the Russians couldn't translate the original word into other languages, so settled on the name of an engineer for the prototype.
