Didn't some woman bitch when she saw that fatality. It got Primal Rage banned for a LONG time, and she was one of those persistent moral whackjobs, too, that didn't stop until the most extreme of things happened.

Silly thing is, the woman's son did that fatality using Gamepro's guide (which was the first time the woman was aware that it existed), and Gamepro was one of the first publications at the time to report on the controversy that transpired. Either Gamepro was advertising itself, or it was a very interesting coincidence.
