A nice story about love overcoming all physical boundaries. I'm definitely looking forward to more, especially after the cliffhanger ending.

First time seeing His Favorite (Aitsu no Daihonmei) chart, I guess thats good for a yaoi manga? Guess people really love Awkward Yoshida, wonder when sublime will date it hear.

Soma will be in the 100 - 250k range of a manga? Praying for World Trigger to do same or even better...

I dunno, something about marathoning all of it at once and it was three years ago? That's what I'm hoping at least, haha.

Things I remember about HxH (not counting the most recent arc which I remember pretty well . . I think)

- There was like a tower arc. And they explained magic.
- Hisoka is awesome, wild card like dude.
- That guy got his arm taken off against ant king's right hand dude (??) and kept telling Gon to run (??).
- Ants, ants, ants. Fairy boy, ants, people being sacrificed, ants, ants.
- Girl snots and plays chess.
- Gon turns into fucked up berserk/super sayin goku

And then it bleeds into the newest arc.

That's all I got.

Nah, Mind Game isn't even close to being the weirdest ever. Yuasa (the director) is definitely an acquired taste though.

One which I haven't acquired yet.

Oyasumi Punpun is great, isn't it? Although this is not a manga, it's a manhwa, I highly recommend Annarasumanara. You can literally read the whole thing in like an hour since it's so short. Give it a try. :)

It will be really neat if Bellamy and Bartolomeo team up too now, but I don't know if that's likely.

I had about 2 seconds of confusion with Luffy being a swordsman before I realized that his disguise means he can't use his DF (which is actually a pretty big handicap if he's going against Burgess or Mango's crew). Also... sorcerer? There's sorcery in OP?

There's no way that Luffy doesn't lose his disguise in the C block battle. Or at the latest, the round after that. There's a reason why the author conveniently got rid of all the marines (Admiral left for Green bit, spy VA got killed off).

There's been a pretty consistent logic on luffy recognizing former villains:
  • Big bads that make luffy angry? Luffy recognizes them fully and get their name right. Ex: Arlong, Crocodile
  • Small bad bosses that make Luffy angry? Luffy eventually recognizes them but gets the name wrong. Ex: Bellamy, Mr. 3
  • Underlings? Luffy doesn't recognize them. Ex:Hachi, Perona (wait, did he ever see her in TB? hmm)

Second volume keeps being a bit cheesy, mixing "serious" stuff like a shut-in brother with more lighthearted elements (the Dealer that turns into a penguin when a virgin girl touches him for example) and the usual unrealistic ones (Cana's father went to work in Russia and her mother went with him, leaving Cana and her brother alone in Japan, with her brother becoming a shut-in since then and it's been one year already, all of which makes the vampire and werewolf stuff seems more plausible) but I have to admit that I am weak to Aya Shouoto's art, plus this mix between serious and not too serious is so far working in favor of the manga since I'm enjoying it.

With the introduction of Eva at th end of the volume, I'm curious to see if she's really Aki's fiancée or if she's the usual, self declared/parent forced type and how Cana will react to her.

Good chapter. I enjoyed it. Seeing Ryuuken show some emotion and urgency over the Masaki development was cool. Isshin and Ryuuken meet under dire circumstances, and then the gawd Urahara shows up. Not bad at all.

OK Manga-GAF I need help. Sorry if this doesn't belong here, but I know someone in here will know for sure.

What are the best Naruto Shippuden episodes that are must see!? I kept reading that certain arcs/episodes were worth seeing/awesome, but for the life of me I just cannot remember which ones. The last I saw was Sasuke vs. Danzou, I believe.

To stay a little on topic:

I finally caught up with Hunter x Hunter (LOL HIATUS!!), and it has been awesome. I loved Killua's determination in saving Gon and protecting his sister.

I like how I got accused of trolling for suggesting minamoto kun when it was genuine. I honestly think he'd enjoy it yeah it's smut but its still entertaining. It's also not as graphic or disturbing as other things I've seen recommended in this thread. I'd be trolling if I said something like hot house as a serious recommendation.

And for the people who argue its not slice of life lets be real here, minamoto is a college age male virgin. That slice of life has and will always be "get laid ASAP"
