Isn't port begging supposed to be a no no ?
the game isn't really announced for any platform. therefore it's not port begging... more like wishes.

You have absolutely no idea what I'd be willing to do for Zombi-V(ita).@ ports

I really didn't like that part. It was totally out of place. It felt like some half-arsed DLC that got crowbarred back into the game. Everything else was golden though.

Sure when games actually exist.Isn't port begging supposed to be a no no ?
Couldn't agree more. A full development schedule, larger budget, with the experience gained on the platform should make a sequel an amazing game. The amazing atmosphere, refreshing survivor horror gameplay, etc... easily outweigh the few flaws in Zombi U, IMO.
Sure when games actually exist.
Anyone thinking a potential sequel is staying exclusive is delusional.
If not London, Paris.
Instead of cricket bats, stale baguettes.
Please make this happen. Best Wii U game, and best survival horror game in years, despite being flawed. With some more time and money, Zombi U2 could be incredible. YEAHYEAHYEAHYEAH
To counter the advantage a better melee system (it was already pretty exploitable) and melee weapon variety would result in, I'd love to see melee weapon durability introduced.
I want a better melee system and more hand to hand combat weapons. That is all.
Yes. I'm really hoping they add more interaction with the environment for the sequel, like picking anything that can be used as a melee weapon from the ground like pipes, wrenches, etc and perhaps add a breaking mechanic that has you constantly looking for replacements for your melee weapons.
Surely not. I pray they understand how integral the location was to the game. Please don't transplant it elsewhere. If they must, then have people moving out of London and into the surrounding areas.
I can't see it being multiplatform, though I certainly wouldn't complain if it was.
OMG
This game is sooo good! You know when a game surpass your already high expectations? ZombiU is one of these games.
We must flood this thread with Miiverse screenshots, lol.
But a prototype? How long arenwe supposed to wait?!
More world interaction would be good, especially for the Metroidvania qualities. That's the big area I want the formula to expand. ZombiU is pretty straight forward with every world interactive based upgrade you get. There's only so many boards to pull of the wall, locks to pick, and rubble to explode with C4. And you'll confront a majority of it just getting through to the finish. Which is fine, as it makes backtracking enjoyable, but it does mean you'll mostly see and experience everything in ZombiU on the first playthrough.
This "lack of secrets & stuff" reminds me of Red Steel 2. The game was great, but a little empty. Ended quite abruptly, there was nothing to do after ending it...

But please not just by slapping a durability meter on there. Maybe have three or more stages of damage with increasing probability of breaking, as well as different tactics needed for each stage (a broken 2x4 could still be used to impale one last Zombie for example)
As much as I liked ZombiU..I'd love to see the Killer Freaks From outer Space in the next game.
They could have had kept the Killer Freaks...and said the zombies were created by an alien virus that they released and were now drones under alien control. Best of both worlds. It would have allowed for a far greater range of enemies.

GAF confuses me sometimes. I thought Wii U has no worthwhile games???
Seen people wax lyrical about NFS Wii U, Monster hunter U, the Lego game, COD etc and then this.
Maybe I should start looking at buying a wiiu (post E3, of course).
Zombie U: Haiti or New Orleans, pls
