I wish. If they make a contract for them to let Mega Man in Smash, then I can see that game happening.
I can Imagine how much this game would sell..

At this point I think it'll sell about half as many units as the Wii, so in the 50 mil range, which would still put it above N64, GC, and SNES.Could be Nintendo's best system ever for first party games.
Sales-wise, it's going to get better but it's not going to drastically change.
As Pokémon-GAF knows, I have recently come to this realization! His videos have a lot of gif material.

Btw exclusive Mega Man would be so goddamn sick. Just take the X formula and put it in 3D.

Don't know if it's Nintendo-published though.
I lol'ed so hard. A welcome bit of humor.
Awesome!
I am really curious to see the visuals of the new Mario. I'd REALLY love to see Nintendo go a completely different route and do something crazy. Make the entire game pixel art or totally abstract. I'd just like to see Nintendo be extremely creative.
I'd be surprised if we see a huge departure from the Galaxies. It'll probably look similar to those, but with tons more detail. Not that that's a bad thing; it's going to look glorious no matter what they do.

Which one? X? HarmoKnight? The Wonderful 101?
I want Nintendo to talk about X
But it might not have a big presence at E3 because Nintendo is focusing on the western market for E3, and X wouldn't be considered one of their "western" games given by how they treated Xenoblade.

What's considered a Western game?
I don't know, especially when considering Nintendo. I don't deem any of their games western or eastern.
Which is why I found it weird during their financial earning Q&A that he said Nintendo would focusi on titles for the western market during E3. There must be games that Nintendo's considers are for the west and games that are for the east.

I've complained about the reused assets for SMG2 once or twice, but I'd be 100% okay if we got a SMG3. The cosmic art style of the galaxy games is far too awesome to not get a chance to utilize the power of the Wii-U.
NINTENDO DIRECT SEQUENCE OF EVENTS
1) Open with Super Mario WiiU, much like how they opened with Skyward Sword one E3
2) On the topic of Mario, transition to Mario Kart WiiU
3) Still on a Mario-related note, transition to Yarn Yoshi for WiiU
4) On the topic of Yoshi, transition to Yoshi's Island for 3DS
5) Continuing the 3DS, transition to The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past 2
6) Still on the topic of Zelda, proceed to The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD
7) Proceed to another fall WiiU title, namely The Wonderful 101
8) Still on the topic of Platinum Games, transition to Bayonetta 2
9) On the note of third-party collaboration, go to SMT x Fire Emblem (unlikely, but still)
10) On the note of epic RPGs, transition to Monolith Soft's X (and 3DS title, why not)
11) Touch on story-driven games for NA: Bravely Default, Layton vs. AA, MonHun 4
12) Highlight major RPGs Pokémon X and Pokémon Y (first simultaneous global launch)
13) Focus on expanded audience: Wii Fit U, Wii Party U, Wii Sports U
14) Return to "core" and drop the Treasure 3DS project Bob-omb
15) Then drop the Retro Studios WiiU project Bob-omb
16) Reggie: "One more thing" -- SUPER SMASH BROS. 4
What if MML3 being canceled for 3DS was because it was being moved to Wii U, and that Capcom employee blaming the fans was a publicity stunt to drum up notoriety for the next Mega Man game?remove the 3ds games and maybe smt x fire emblem, and this is a pretty safe bet. they're all games we know are coming, and should be pretty far along in development.
the crazy stuff would be like, OH AND WE GOT PERSONA 5, MEGAMI TENSEI 3, METAL GEAR REMAKE, AND MEGA MAN LEGENDS FOR WII U IN THE NEXT YEAR.
Why would you complain about them reusing assets from SMG1 to SMG2? SMG2 was only made because they had a lot of unused idea's they wanted to do.
I know why they did what they did, I just didn't like that they did it. By reusing the assets, SMG2 seemed more like an expansion pack, while lacking SMG1's initial shock value.
I see what your saying. If the Wii had the ram as the Wii U it probably would of been DLC ala New Super Luigi U.

Makes me laugh every time.
That's not how RAM works.
I mean if the Wii had all the specs for it to be able to do it, it would do it .
They're going to announce the date and time of this direct in advance right? I mean more than a day or two before hand right!?

June - Luigi, Game & Wariohopefully "discuss" means showing footage of final builds of the games and announce release dates that fall within 2013
June - Luigi, Game & Wario
July - ?
August - Pikmin 3
September - Wonderful 101
I don't know where Nintendo would cram in all those other games.
i just realized. this will be the first time since 2007 i'll be able to watch their conference.
I suppose. I just don't want to get my hopes up.They're almost certainly going to be launching multiple games per month in the latter half of this year.
In Japan they already have seven games in the six months between July and December ("2013") titles, and that's without Mario or Mario Kart (and possibly Mario & Sonic @ Winter Olympics, depending on the release time-frame).
What conference?
I suppose. I just don't want to get my hopes up.
