Well if it doesn't show up at the reveal, there's always e3 in a couple of weeks.
Finger crossed.

McLaren wouldn't make mention of appearing at tomorrow's event if it wasn't for a racing game. At least, it wouldn't make a hell of a lot of sense.Well if it doesn't show up at the reveal, there's always e3 in a couple of weeks.

Forza Horizon was made by Playground Games. Turn 10 just helps like they did with PGR series.Didn't they just release a Forza game this past Winter? I don't think it's a good idea for MS to just make Forza an annual release because there isn't enough time to make significant improvements. They should make PGR instead.
Or perform as badly as the MP4-28.Maybe McLaren designed the new Xbox.
I hope it doesn't look as uninspired as the MP4-12C.
Which ones? From the rumors it sounds like it's gonna be a Forza game.
How awesome? I tweeted this to one of the guys at Lucid:I want my next-gen PGR with awesome virtual cities dammit.
Something non-PGR5 related, but still kind of cool!
Fun fact (which you may have known and I kinda did, but I only remembered when I watched the credits the other day): Dan Greenawalt was lead tester and some kind of designer (I can't remember in what capacity) on the first PGR game.Forza Horizon was made by Playground Games. Turn 10 just helps like they did with PGR series.
Forza 5 still have the same development time as the previous games.
Which ones?
Of each other, as in fellow Bizarre staffers. Obviously can't do that nowsadly in that tweet he notes they "used to make them of each other"... as in no more.

Dammit, man, this thread was a bastion of hope and optimism-- until, that is, you went ahead and took a dump on the good times.
It's bad enough that they do as they please with Porsche, and held the Huayra hostage for a year; if EA now has the P1 under lock and key, well, there aren't enough magazine racks in the world to topple.
Wow, so McLaren is for NFS?
PGR is still on the cards ladies and gentlemen..
Badned better show up and explain himself!
Like I said in the other thread, BADNED called "The other 5" long ago suggesting that he was confident that FM5 isn't even ready for a launch this year.
Plus, everything shaneus pointed out as well.

Isn't that what I said? Or did you mean to quote another post
You confuse yourself by bringing things out of context and mix it with other stuff. Look straight forward and everything will be fine.
Now some sleep and then up to the Campus it goes
Fantastic post, very informative. I feel more learned for having pored through your amazing contribution.I'm sure there used to be a thread on Forzacentral where BADNET's cryptic predictions were dissected and 'solved', with follow-ups showing what actually transpired and how accurate the clues were. Can't find it now though.

I haven't played a PGR yet but I've read that Forza Horizon was somewhat inspired by PGR and I really loved Horizon mainly because of the streamlined gameplay (open world - not skimming through menus to get into the action). IF they show a racing game today, it better be similar in this regards.
Yep. Quite fun that thread.I'm sure there used to be a thread on Forzacentral where BADNET's cryptic predictions were dissected and 'solved', with follow-ups showing what actually transpired and how accurate the clues were. Can't find it now though.

A few designers at Criterion Games are tweeting about their 'excitement' for today's event, so it could be something to do with them...

Maybe they're just genuinely excited, just like most of us here.
How the fuck are they showing that many EA games tomorrow? Will there be time for anything else?
