Iron Mike looks to be a controller puller while playing. One of those guys who when he moves to the left, moves both hands and controller that way too. Hit's the punch button and pushes the whole controller up.
Good stuff Iron Mike! Always my favorite of all time.
Everyone does that that at first if they have no experience with games/game controllers.
that means he never even played it in the commercial he appeared for the game 20+ years ago.
