I forgot Fifa was out this month, and I'd love to get it on Vita, but I just googled and saw the Eurogamer article about Fifa 14 and it looks like it's another reskinned version of the original Fifa on Vita.

The saddest thing is it makes EA enough bank to justify shoveling that shit out the door. Would rather just see them cancel it on the Vita then push that bullshit.
Been playing my vita after receiving it this week and also been buying all the vita games from PS+ the past year.
I also own an iphone5 and ipad mini and I just can't see myself buying many more ios games now. The joysticks and dpad make a HUGE difference and I never feel hamstrung when playing on it.
Personally I don't care if it never becomes an app device, I just want to see great games on it.
Absolutely loving this little device and if remote play on the PS4 is as good as it looks then it will have a bright future in my house.

So I'm thinking, what if Sony eventually lets us change our PSN names, it would be great to change mine to match my GAF username. So, I go to PSN profiles and type in my GAF username...well some douche is already using it. Great, just great.

SotN is available as a PSOne game also if Rondo of Blood doesn't interest you, or you live in a place that doesn't have Dracula X Chronicles digital, like me
Might pick it up depending on the price, I don't own any of those games but have been interested in Everybody's Golf for a while.
SCE guys are true masters when it come to pickup multiplat games for publishing on their systems. (Epic Mickey 2, Cars 2, Ghostbuster)
Instead of Epic Mickey, I think they should have ported Disney Infinity. That kind of game is pretty popular these days (although I found them the most despicable form of DLC ever. Well, the second after retailer specific preorder DLCs.).

What happened to the Sly Cooper Trilogy on Vita? Was it ever confirmed to be coming, or was it all based on the ratings board website showing it? Would be cool to have it on Vita, I have finished 1+2 but never played 3.

What's the community like for this game (UK Vita if that makes a difference). I quite enjoyed the demo, thought that it would be pretty decent to play the game online with others.
Online play is the best part of this game (with party chat). But it Seem like most of the online community is only doing high level ranked mission since the game has been out for such a long time and the free DLC mission are ending this month with the Gods. The game is still worth it for the story alone, it has one of the best story I've seen this whole console gen.
edit: the other sorcerer stories are also great most people will agree.
The hunting community one the Vita might be moving over to toukiden next.
They wouldn't even need some rear pad gimmick from a hardware add-on, the Vita has that mysterious expansion port next to the game slot that nothing uses. An R2/L2 add-on is probably incredibly feasible, but watch Sony never come out with anything.

Protects the entire front and is near invisible.
Although above either of those I would recommend one of those skins that cover the entire front, like the P4G or muramasa ones. They cover every bit of the front except the speakers/sticks/buttons and essentially give your vita a matte texture, meaning no more fingerprints from regular use.

have any of you bought a USB third party cable before? My official USB cable has crapped out and I started using a third party one I had. The only problem is that it is too tight and fear that I may destroy my Vita port from the constant charging, as I have to force the cable out.

I had issues with dust, so someone recommended I turn on the shower and put the protector on in the bathroom. When I peeled off the film in the final step, I thought I screwed it up but I saw the hair line outline of it on the system. So I figured it worked, crumpled up the plastic, tossed it, and marveled at how well the protector blended in with the system. Turned out that hairline border was moisture built up from the steam, and I'd in fact not put it on.
I've put on dozens of screen protectors for my own gadgets and others, and this was the first major screw up.
I would go ahead and say it's worth the extra couple of bucks to get a legit cable. At least you know they have been made properly.
I couldn't do it. I played for less than 5 minutes and deleted it. I saw a lot of complaints about it but I never thought it could be that bad. I have a PS3 so if I really want to play them there's that. It's a shame it runs so poorly.

I found the official cradle for $6.99 at Best Buy
So I may just purchase that and keep the USB plugged in to that.

You're at the start of the game? Strangely enough once you get past the first main hub the framerate gets better and I didn't find it annoying anymore.
Jak 2 and 3 though? If Jak 1 is bothering you don't even bother loading those up. Jak 3 in particular is so bad that people should be getting refunds for it.
I don't know. I'm going to try out a range of genres and find what seems to work best. I'm really excited for the custom stuff, though.

A few reasons Resistance on Vita was awful:
Terrible graphics in many areas, with jarringly blatant seams in the geometry, glitches galore, and an unstable frame-rate that sometimes teethers on the precipice of unplayable.
Boring, PS2 era corridor shooting levels with nary any cinematic flair in sight.
Broken, piss-poor quality audio that makes N64 sound like a Dolby Digital certified home theater system.
"A to B" AI whose entire level of dynamism involves running out from a door to a certain spot and then just shooting until either your or it is dead.
And last but not least: a multiplayer mode so unfinished and unplayable, that I've seen better online experiences on N-Gage than what was so unashamedly put forth as part of the Resistance tradition of multiplayer.
So sure, if your benchmark is $5 iOS shooters, Resistance Burning skies isn't that awful. But under the Playstation brand it is pure garbage.
