Went to buy some songs from the store today, purchased like 7 and then found out that I can't download them. I can't even update apps (it's forever stuck saying "waiting"). Tried both wifi and 3G/LTE

Any way to fix this? Running the latest beta version.

Haven't had that bug before. Try signing out then in of your iTunes account. Plus a reboot of the phone.

Is this new? I noticed iTunes video purchases are streamable like they are on Apple TV. They also show up on Spotlight search.

One of the best features of Mavericks is the ability to mouse over a notification to do some stuff with the content without going to the app, kinda dissapointed that iOS7 doesn't have something similar. It could work like this:

Normally pulling down on the notification takes you to NC, so instead there are buttons on the right side. Hard to tap by accident.

I just noticed that, too. I quite like this feature, as I have a ton of Lost episodes on iTunes. My rewatch is imminent.

You're still not allowed to publish apps using the iOS7 APIs to the app store, and you probably won't until the GM hits.

I don't get it, what ios 7 API does it use? I'm just saying it has instantly crashed after opening in every beta so far.

IIRC, it doesn't matter what API it uses, no app using an iOS 7 API can be published to the store. I have about 3 apps that won't even start because they're not compatible with iOS 7.

Is Safari now black on iOS7? I haven't changed wallpapers. It is no longer white for me

iOS 7 GM seed

Out for all the various devices that have had the beta. You who are in it will need to update to the GM seed in iTunes. This will not become available OTA to beta users (beta and public releases use two different OTA paths).

Any way to get the GM without being a developer? I know there were some ways you get install the betas without a dev account but those required me to wipe the device. I would NOT like to do that.

developer.apple.com
Unable to do that at the moment. A user from another forum added me to his developer account and gave me temporary access to download the first iOS 7 beta, but the password has been locked down since then, so I can't access it. Is there any other way to get it?

Wait until someone uploads it to the internet, keep checking google and twitter.

Yeah the latest public release of iTunes works fine for updating to iOS7 but not syncing!. iTunes 11.1 is required and is not out yet

iTunes 11.1 will be released once iOS7 is public, iCloud syncing only until then!. The only issue I've come across with the current release is if you sync an iOS device with iOS7 style folders filled with more than 16 apps -- iTunes doesn't understand the new paging system so it dumps the 'excess' apps on the homescreen.

If you are updating from a Beta, you have to manually update to GM. It won't appear over OTA.

Okay, I was in the beta so I guess I'm in the same boat as everyone else.

So most up to date version of Itunes isn't good enough? Need latest beta version of Itunes?

can you manually update, or must you restore?

Restore and then use your backup, you can technically update (I think?) but I would personally advise against it. There are a number of differences between beta builds and public builds in the way they communicate with Apple's servers (OTA update paths for one) and having the potential mixup of those when doing a direct update would be bad.
